Assembling a Carmina Lamp Shade

Step by step guide to assemble an Umage Carmina Lamp shade.
I have made two of these shades now and if you are patient and follow this guide it is fairly straight forward.

I just used your video tutorial to help me reassemble this lamp (it came assembled as a gift) because we needed to change the lightbulb. There's no other way to change the bulb! THANK YOU FOR THIS! However, ours is a desk lamp. It was set up with all the waves pointing down, as yours does here during assembly and after hanging it up. But looking at photos of the desk lamp elsewhere, sometimes it is set up the other way, more like a flower. Do I just turn the six clear bits to face the other way and then build from the bottom up?
