Hello, how do I manage the handheld to turn on via USB cable charge without any power adapter? I've seen the documentation explains the USB connection lasts about 10 hours to complete to charge. But I don't see any blinking LEDs on the handheld, only in the cradle (a orange blinking LED to be exact).

Power adapter is optional. USB cable will charge scanner in 4-5 hours

I have one question if the barcode from the base is missing or damaged , what it the alternative way to connect / pair the Scanner to the base please do reply with the same

@@harrywaan most wireless scanner with a base will pair on contact with the base in factory setting. Alternatively you can reprint the pairing barcode with 123Scan app. There's an article about this in Zebra website

@@nadjwashukri182 Mine has a big circle instead of the small dot. Small dot you can scan from far away, Big circle you have to go close up. Is it a different Item # you need to order?

@@DEADIKATED hi yes, if you can scan from more than 10ft most likely you have an extended range scan engine. The part number is different from the standard one. Look at the suffix that comes after model number - should be DS36X8-ER. For standard range scanner it is DS36X8-SR
