It's great to see another country - but there is a clear difference to the UK: in France, women wear a coat in the nightlife (apart from a few nice exceptions worth seeing, e.g. 6:22 💃👣👠🥳😎)
Although a bit sleezy and dark Paris is a respectable city. There are no slutty looking females on the streets. Compare this to major UK cities where they are everywhere. It is not just a cultural difference but a military strategy.

For starters the brits are obsessed with mixed race pairings, and you'll commonly see that, it's like a status symbol 🤔 The british women will have all their bits on display and it aint always visually appealing and it certainly doesn't make sense to be wearing a lack of clothes with their climate. The british guys too seem a little more tense, like they have to peacock around looking richer and wear more bling, nicer clothing and look more intimidating etc.
