    Thanks for uploading TCG content on the regular. You're scratching my itch more than any other Hermit. Might have to put you in my rotation more heavily

    The first time gem gets hit at 7:25 Etho takes 20 extra damage off her, then she dies to an exact hit when she should still have 20 HP. She goes from 270 to 160 but only took 90 dmg, she should be at 180

    So difficult to get an Endermite until you throw two Ender pearls just to get rid of them.

    Instead of banning Netherite Armour, I think it would be interesting to make a rule that armour can't fully negate damage.
    If the damage a hermit would take is equal or smaller than what the armor negates, the hermit takes a minimum of 10 damage.
    And maybe poison should be changed to have it's damage ignoring armour, but never killing the hermit.
    If the hermit would die because of it, they stay at 10 life
    Also, I would have preferred if the numbers did not have the extra useless 0, because if all life and damage were divided by 10, it would make no difference, but would make some possible effects easier, like, if Beef wanted an effect to make a hermit receive half damage, and round up or down, he wouldn't have to add that it has to be rounded to a multiple of 10.

    I don't think Beef wants to ban any cards outright, but he mentioned he's cool with people making extra rules for their specific games. So you can run completely legit official matches with the extra rules "no netherrite armour" etc.

      You mean, no doc rare, or at least with a nerf on the damage

    18:06 If you think about it, rare Doc's World Eater just does an average of 100 damage (40+160/2) without Fortune, so it's not necessarily 'over'-powered I think - across enough matches it should average out, right? Although, the fact that it only costs two items is a bit nuts :P

      Somewhat? The issue is it's a very threatening card. If you're at 120 health, facing down an 100-damage move - you know that, ignoring bonus damage, you'll survive the turn. Being able to have the _potential_ to do 160 damage forces you to make defensive plays (eg: Etho has to switch Pearl out) just to avoid the extremes (and the extremes are still pretty likely - opponent pulling out TNT isn't too common, but it's a literal 50-50 to take 160 damage)

    I think that Scar's special shouldn't require the coin flip, it already isn't that strong.

    Love a good game of TCG! I think you made a little bit of a mix up with the health at 6:28 but it’s ok. I think it made the game more exciting, and if you did do everything correctly maybe there’s an aspect of the game I don’t yet understand.

    This game needs a *RARITY SCORE CAP* Say normal cards are 0pts, rare cards are 1pt and ultra rare are 2pts. Then you set a limit on the allowed rarity score. It would keep the game much more fair. Right now there's a lot of "whoever has more rare cards wins" which isn't rewarding skill or deck building or strategy, it's just rewarding whoever has bought the most packs

      Well but people can only buy packs by earning tokens and the more wins you have, the more tokens you got. So it does somewhat depend on skill and deck building. But the rarity score idea is intriguing though!

      @@ekaruna42 But for a lot of things it doesn't. For example if you decide your deck should have 3 armor cards. Someone who only has 3 iron armor vs someone who has played more games and has 3 netherite armor. There's no skill diff there. Also a lot of the hermits played for 2 tokens a game anyway.

    Anyone notice when etho is drawing cards jevin stays perfectly still. Not saying he's cheating but it happened consistently thought this episode
