    Should have made a suggestion in video to have physically capable passengers exit through rear doors, makes the loading/unloading process quicker.

    I guess due to COVID they only want people using the back doors? The card reader was broken so went to use the front and the lady had an attitude wanting me to stay back. So confusing, I have the student pass so I get unlimited rides anyways. So are you not suppose to tap if it’s broken now? On the way back there was a man driver and he didn’t seem bothered using the front. Seems the reader is broken on both buses unless they switched drivers.

    Warning: The UTA bus system is one of the most dysfunctional transits in the nation. Be especially aware of this during the winters when it becomes very dangerous to rely on them. Some drivers are polite, but many are rude or indifferent. I rely on transit and it is why I am leaving the Salt Lake area next year.
