it takes some time, like a month or less if you practice lik 2hours by day at least in my opinion, was a little dificult this song for me but when i finally got it this allowed me to pleay more songs in this kind of speed

Such a simple yet amazing tune. I think the timbre of the piano really does make the sound. My piano sounds a bit dull and it just doesn't translate the same. Einaudi's live performance at Fabric is the best version imo.

3 years late but jacobspiano uploaded his version on synthesia (i like both versions but have always wanted to play nicks) and looking at that made it easier to see where exactly nick places his hands and the differences he mads. And ive now managed to learn nicks version! :D i thought id mever be able to find a tutorial but looking at his hands you can actually make out the notes because he still uses the same notes as jacobs version on synthesia but plays it differently
I finally found the version I was looking for I couldn't get the pawn's voice so clear and plain in other versions. But this version is very clear and simple Thanks
I should be learning, but my youtube mix threw this masterpiece at me, and now i am just staring mesmerised at how beautiful you play. I can play nuvole bianche and primavera but its half as fast and beautfiul as your version. If i keep on practicing i hope i will be able to play as many einaudo as you do (and as beautiful). This is incredible! Einaudi has added some difficult parts to the sheet music which the strings would normally play, so you've actually made it a little easier...but I really like the way yours flows and it's amazing that you've worked it all out by ear! I'd really like to try this version!
