AAA to AA adapters: These kids are sitting there thinking it's just a matter of size, but for me, a person who actually buys and uses batteries and knowing just how much more expensive AAA's are per mAh, this seems almost completely ridiculous. It's just not the wonder of the world they think it is, but it's OK if you're in a pinch and really REALLY need an AA battery and at the same time have some AAA's lying around. A better solution: Go to IKEA and buy their charger+battery combo (the one with 2450 batteries). And a couple of packs of the 2450mAh AA's and a couple of packs of their AAA's. Seriously. If you're a heavy user, get two of the chargers. These batteries are great and so are the chargers.
Okay, I am confused with the battery things. Is it hard to find AA's in places? Are things using AAA batteries coming so common that people have more of that size than the AA? I just don't understand the amazement of having that converter.
Simply put, I think it's just that having to buy a whole new pack of batteries can get expensive when you don't have the right kind, so at least short term it can save a few bucks.
I can convert aaa batteries into aa cheaper its called aluminum foil u take aluminum foil ball it up and wedge it into the gap between the battery and the terminal boom ur done
