  • Cleveland Clinic’s Surgical Supply caregivers admit they knew they had to change their workflow in order to keep the operating rooms stocked with supplies. Their motivation to keep patient care on schedule is contagious, and a glowing example of continuous improvement.     Uh, I see that some of them aren't wearing their 'surgeon's' caps (headgear) in the supply room, wonder how THEY got away with that? I worked in Houston's V.A. hospital's Logistics Dept. and WE had to wear protective caps while working in that department.

      Because it is a NON STERILE AREA, and completely removed from from any OR"s or Sterile parts of the Hospital.
