As always you are making some awesome and very inspiring videos. I still cant relax watching them though, I'm always on the edge of my seat and holding my breath! On the TH-cam side, yourself and Ali Clarkson have been the biggest inspiration for me and my riding so thank you so much for all the vids, trails and funnies.Thanks for all your time and effort mate.

channel is doing well mate, congrats. however, on the 'gloves' matter. I'm currently smacked out my head on co-codamol because I couldn't be bothered to put my gloves back on for the final bit of single track before I got to my car on the marin trail last night. went for a jump to root section I've done, I kid you not, about 80 times, realised I messed up as soon as my wheels left the ground. front wheel jammed into something, went over the bars, put out my arms to compress the inevitable and ripped off the bottom section of my palm! I now have 12 stitches holding the bottom part of my palm together. I only went out to test my new night light, which now needs a new mount as the old/new one is broken...D'oh! remember, no glove, no love! keep up the good work!
The wife & I were at Hamsterley forest early on in the year & it's a good centre. We did not do the down hill track as the local club were riding it but we did do the red & black trail. We did section 13 about 7 time's. Have fun
I didn't even know you were doing this and I Was going to head down to Glentress as well on Sunday, I'll need to catch you the next time you do one of these, Do one next Summer at Heartbreak Ridge once you are back from Europe :)
Nice! I’ve been to Glentress twice and the first half of the video was familiar with spooky woods, birm baby berm etc. Do you remember the names of the latter trails? I’m not sure I’ve ridden those? Somewhere around ”Dave’s trail” (which we tried the last time)?

Awesome vid dude, your riding is doo smooth and just makes me want to get out when I watch your vids. 1 question tho. I have a 170mm travel front fork, how much travel do you think I should be using after hitting spooky wood, after hitting all the drops and jumps?
McTrail Rider thanks man, was bottoming out with 30% sag so added one token and now I'm using about 80% after a full red decent. I'm guessing that's probs about right for me then. Thanks for replying man! Your videos are awesome and make me want to ride every time I watch them. 👌🏻
Hopefully they will spend some of that £11 million redesigning the red and perhaps getting rid of some of the shale rocks they used under the now worn away berms and tables in Spooky, momentum is shite coming down.
