This is the first song in my life I ever learned well enough to play along with the original recording, thanks to another completely awesome tutor who went by Privettricker. ;-) I get a kick out of comparing the two lessons. This made me think about the strum/feel of it and the other helped me hook into the intro. I go to your videos every week to learn something new. They're a regular source of enjoyment for me.
Great lesson thanks. One of my favourite stones tracks and loving playing it. So easy and so great. Also a funky track to drum to. Charlie always nailed it
Hello My good friend ..My name is Tony and i have been watching your videos for years and appreciate the time and effort you go to ..I know you may not be able to read this comment , but ; i can assure you the Guitar novices from Australia are Rapt to have someone who truly loves the craft..and the Stones..lol..All the best from OZ..
Well after playing along with you and watching this many times I’m proud to report that I have finally played my first song all the way through! Even though it’s not the most challenging , a person could play the notes but if you don’t play it with that Keith feel it doesn’t sound right. What a great feeling to finally get through a whole song and I owe it all to you JJ and everything I’ve picked up from listening and watching you. 😊 and happy 80th bday to Keith coming up here in a couple weeks.
I just watched you final PT video again. Let me say I'm very appreciative of all the videos you post. I learn something new from you every time and I've been playing close to 40 years. So keep up the great work!
Sure wish all this existed 40 years ago when I loved the stones and we figured everything out by listening to vinyl. I had a tough time by ear where your stuff is fantastic. I Might have been a stones wanna be band.
Thx.. This is great! The Stones were my favorite band when I was 10 or 11 y/o until I was in my early to mid 30's. I'm almost inspired to drag out my guitar and start trying to learn again. I studied and practiced so much for 3 months and then got side tracked for 3 years so it'll be like starting over. 😢 TH-cam has been great for finding people who want to teach. You did a great job but now I need to find this tutorial for a beginner like me. You make it look so easy!
Definitely right about the feel/groove some of these songs have, Thanks to Keef, One thing I like about your lesson you make the point of mentioning the groove. There are some songs I guess will never get the way some of these later songs go.Or maybe you can.Now I know this whole album.Good work
Just ordered a Chinese Hummingbird, can't afford the real deal. This will be the first song I try out on it. Thanks for all your work. Your guitar collection is a marvel to behold as well. Cheers.
I was gonna ask if you ever did the slide part and there was the video on the sidebar! As a kid in the 70's I was unaware of open tunings and always did it in standard tuning. I have to say it made me a better slide player, but it was so much easier when I read an interview with Johnny Winter and he explained it! I'll never get tired of your Stones tunes! Are you gonna get the mono box set?
Yeah , it's not looking good for the Rangers against the BJ's, unfortunately. Ima tad bummed about that :(. But! Dak & Zeke are keepin' my spirits up (so long as they keep Romo on the sidelines).
Darn it, the Oroles lost. One heck of a game, Got your monies worth that is for sure. I am actually a LA dodgers fan all the way, but Oroles and Cardinals are my next best team to watch and cheer on. Something even more hilarious, I'm from Canada. I do not like the Blue Jays. Nice shirt and fantastic playing btw.
I am not sure you can give Keith a proper strum while sitting down. You just have to move. Especially on the biggest, baddest rock 'n roll album in the history of ever. But kudos for your effort. ;)
my favorite Stones acoustic song, I love sitting back and strumming along with it....it's genious

Good for you! Keep it up!
"We all need someone we can lean on…" Classic Stone's truth. Thanks for the breakdown, as always.
Still watching…Still learning….Still thankful JJ ❤

PERFECT! OK - I'm Inspired !!!!!!!!!
Classic song. Nice jersey. Cal Ripken Jr. 👍
Ian Stewart killed it on this track. The song wouldn't even have been cut without his piano work
I love it
Maybe not?
Boogie with Stu
But he was too “old “ to be a stone. Ridiculous

Is not recorded on Open Tuning "Let It Bleed"?
No, it’s standard.
wich guitar is that please ?
Gibson Hummingbird.

What chord is that at 2:19?
it is A7 but as a bar with pinkie on E
Is standard Tuning ?
Yes.
I just watched this earlier on your old channel.
Great lesson, right? Fun song to play.
if the jays win you have to do a hip lesson!
That's why I messed up I never used to Capo on it and I think he doesn't know clean G2 but you got it down bro
Are you a Blue Jays fan, JJ? They broke my heart as a young lad back in 93. Sigh...
O's fan.
James James Right on. Good luck to your O's!
...Feel like a buffoon after just noticing you're wearing an Orioles shirt.
Sorry about your team tonight. Heartbreaking way to lose.
Broke mine too in 93! Fregosi made a bonehead relief pitching move much like Buck did last night. Go Phils!
Funny how classical teachers told me “hide that thumb!”
oh well, time to put on the natinals jersey
You are inspiring,, but must say GO YANKEES 😁
EDWIN ENCARNACION

I do not do disclaimers for the humor impaired.
you are aware you are the da shit. right?
That didn't last long :(
