Le Carnaval Ballet, based on Schumann's Piano Suite Carnival, Op. 9 ❤; orchestrated by Glazunov, R - Korzakov, Lyadov, and Tcherepnin ❤; choreographed by Fokine ❤, and costume designs by Bakst ❤. Fokine's Carnaval, wherein the plot of the love of Harlequin and Columbine, plot of the humorous Pantalone, Pierrot, and Butterfly, . . Fokine thus created a ballet scene; and all of these are 'improvised' during rehearsals ❤! Dancers didn't have to dazzle audiences, but just to create a free play, lightness of movements, by all artists ❤. Selina's Papillon dance shows beautiful, fluttering steps ❤; no wonder, it's hard to catch that 'Butterfly' ❤! Selina's magical and I quite admire her ❤. Shkylyarov's the ultimate, playful Harlequin and with great mime skills for sure ❤. It ends happily, when, Obraztsova's 'Columbine' and Harlequin are reunited in the end ❤❤❤!
