Join us on a new outdoor adventure climbing Indianer via ferrata in Glarus, Switzerland! Via ferrata is the Italian term for "Iron Path" or in German term "Klettersteig". According to the internet: "A via ferrata is a climbing route that employs steel cables, rungs or ladders, fixed to the rock to which the climbers affix a harness with two leashes, which allows the climbers to secure themselves to the metal fixture and limit any fall." - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Via_fer...
Indianer via ferrata is located in Netstal in Glarus region. It is a short but an extreme climbing adventure! Just like in climbing, via ferratas have different difficulty levels. Indianer via ferrata has a grade of C, which falls on the category of a hard climb. Therefore, this is NOT FOR BEGINNERS! Most especially because there is a portion of the climb where you are totally exposed on the wall. I even felt scared for a second. And I have been rock climbing high walls outdoors for 2 years now!

Hi! I'm Kimy, a Filipina living in Switzerland. I recently found my passion in climbing last 2019. I've been climbing/bouldering indoors and outdoors across Switzerland ever since. Wow this is another level of adventure Kimy👍🏼 I like that it has that thing to hold onto, though you still need to be weightless to pull yourself upward. Good thing you guys are so fit for this!
