I loved this episode! From the first minute I was already sobbing, there was literally only one thing that I didn’t really like and took me out of the scene, when jules said “we used to sext for hours” it felt really out of character for jules to say that to basically a stranger, like she felt so vulnerable and uncomfortable in the scene, it felt weird for her to suddenly be confident, it felt like something Maddie would say. It would have been so nice if it had just went into the next scene after the line about half of the relationship being in her head, I didn’t feel like it needed the set up since we see her sexting with him anyway right after. Love your recap btw! I’m just getting my thoughts out lol xx
This one killed me. I was a trans woman who stoped her transition after coming to the same conclusion. I’m gender fluid at this point and have created my own identity no longer around someone else. I did it in 2019, I was 18 and felt I had like failed. As a trans woman, as a queer person, idk. I just felt I failed. Then this came out. And I was literally lifted off the earth in excitement as I heard Jules share this, which is the real feelings of hunter.
I love that u do these videos, sometimes i miss the little things that end up becoming a large part of the episode. Thanks!
