I notice a trend in the new housing in Florida where they are all grey exterior. Doesn’t seem like Florida style. I like the more traditional Spanish style and Key West style associated with Florida. Where is this grey style coming from? I am not a fan but see it more often now. Thoughts on this trend???
We liked the Stellar but bought in Venice Woodlands due to fewer restrictions on planting a garden or trees.
I love the last one just the way it is you did a great job showing all of the houses
Thank you! ☺️

Very informative video! Thanks! Do you happen to know if the optioned-out prices, such as the $905k for the Mystique, include the cost of the lot?
Yes, I believe so.
@@florida_living thanks!

One things I like about this community is that it surrounded by highways. I get it that that could be considered a plus but just a bit too close.
Yes it is but when you’re inside the community you don’t hear the highways.
Love it

I’m really not sure where this trend came from. I think Neil Communities does a good job with coastal style homes.
Eagles have large "tay lawns"
682? Looks like railroad car layout!
It’s the 681, if you’re referring to the road. 😊
