Don’t follow this routine if you want health and athletic performance. Body/muscles/perforamce becomes asymmetrical. 3 other far better exercises than pushups. And push ups routine he does do is improper and defective. Sure this routine helps. A lot in fact. But this wrong routine also hurts an athlete too

He’s wrong routine will make your chest asymmetrical your body asymmetrical front and back (anterior/posterior) and will throw off your balance. B c he’s going for numbers and for show and not for health and happiness he’s doing a wrong routine. His inspiration? To get the attn of others. Ugh

I’ve recorded in my notebook. I’ve done 1000 pull-ups every day for the past 20 years.
