Euphoric BTS you can get them from Instagram or the amino app :)
Euphoric BTS for example if you search up the account kpoppenpals on instagram- they do shoutouts for people who are looking for pen pals so you can just dm one and get to know them then start pen-palling
U can try Instagram, websites such as Pen Pall World and on amino there's a community called K-pop penpalls.
Personally I advice the amino community whilst I found my first on penpall world after a long wait.
I can give u guys my account name on that community and mabey help u out!

I don't have a real penpal, me and my best friend are penpals though, she is moving from Michigan to Maryland. Honestly, all of your videos inspired me so much it's not even funny. My friend who is my penpal now loves these types of videos and she always wanted a penpal so I told her I would be her "starter penpal" but I first needed inspiration. I got some things off of Amazon and we are sending letters back and fourth now! Thanks for the inspiration I always watch these late at night and they always help me sleep because they are literally so soothing.(◕ᴗ◕✿)
