Many of the old actors did not make enough monies like the recent ones. From the 2000s, the industry took a nose-dive hurting their pockets. When the industry rose again from 2005, producers declined to use most of them, which added to their woes. Let's not blame the old ones too much.
The industry can be revived again, but we should get good writers and directors to tell the stories so that we can export the stories.
