They are lying! I just bought the 150 % density, 20”, 13x4” curly auburn wig from them and received it a couple of days ago (September 28, 2023.) This wig looks like it’s 100% density, 18 inches(only on the middle back, everything else looks 16”). Very disappointed!
I respect you for addressing this. These companies should honestly be reported for bait and switch or some form of deception. (Based on MY experience) When “subscribers” complain about the obvious difference in product, the TH-cam/content creators either become defensive or straight up ignore the complaints. It’s a money grab and totally disrespectful. I don’t even like watching wig reviews because they’re basically lying and do NOT seem to care. So THANK YOU for actually doing something about it and respecting your subscribers 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

They're still lying yall, don't believe anything they said. My husband gifted me one of these reddish brown wigs from them in November and it's a terrible thin matted dry short mess and we paid nearly $300.

I just brought a 200 density body wave wig! It is not 200 density and when u let them know they tell u to wash and blow dry it so it could fluff out. Then they tell u u can send it back if u don't wash it! Don't buy from them they are still lying and keeping ppl money!!

I bought Klaiyi Auburn Brown Color 13x4 Glueless Lace Frontal Wig Kinky Curly Human Hair and it was the worse purchase I’ve ever made. Was tangling so bad on the first wash! Was super mad!
Thank u Mary K for highlighting this issue. I received my 1st ever wig from Julia Hair and it was not the same as what I had seen from a YT reviewer. I am not one who follows influencers, but it just so happened that I saw the wig and brought it. Big mistake!!
Not only are the vendors accountable, but most influences should also be accountable for disrespecting their followers by reviewing wigs and stating that its a great wig when they know that their followers will not get the same quality. Sooo this video was right on time. I bought the reddish brown wig last year (fall 2022) after seeing your video. It was different and disappointing. I wore it for my bday - tried to straighten it … it was soo bad I had to wear a ponytail. For anniversary - I went to wash the wig and it was a matted mess. Sis my wrist hurt so bad after detangling I had to wear a brace. This is the worst wig I ever had to deal with 😡. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m very disappointed by them taking our hard earned coins bamboozling us in these streets.

Love your videos!! The transparency with a side of comedy is much appreciated!! Now, let’s talk about the wig I received😮kinky curly texture with that kinky edges. I bought it after watching your review…tragic!! After the hair dryer it looked like a crows nest and the crown area is so thin with a couple of tracks showing. I know how to manipulate a wig and pretty much make ANYTHING work but to sum it up, it wasn’t like yours!!!

I paid 800 bucks for a wig once because of an influencer and they were showing all the items, combs, and packaging...meanwhile...mine just came in a bag lmfaoo. I really appreciate you doing this.
Bought this hair after I saw someone else’s video a while back. I was pissed bc of the issues you’ve discussed here. I was going to wash it and cut bangs into it because the cap is TOO big. And I have a large head. I’m glad to see they’re making changes but disappointed it took all this for that to happen.

You are not the only influencer that have said this and a lot have stopped. They use your image and use you as a model in your ads and don't compensate you for using your image. I hope you do more of these videos. Wigs aren't cheap.

It was supposed to be a throw on and go it was missing so much hair in the bang area you could see the tracks and all it was awful. I really enjoy your videos and the work you put into them but why do we never see an update on the actual hair. I want to purchase one but I would feel more confident with at least a month update. Time that they change their tactics, nowadays we see cheap airycap to avoid full lace, full cost. Saying easier to do this and that.
@@numby1698 Back in the day, those airy caps were standard. This was before lace fronts became the norm. They have basically repackaged something old and are selling to us at a higher price.
