Probably someone who speaks his language aka Patois or Jamaican Creole. It's amazing the level of ignorance still displayed towards him. I'm sure you wouldn't be OK with someone saying something like that towards a K-Pop singer. @Ryuno Pham Actually, most Jamaicans speak English fluently on a day-to-day basis. It is the first and only language of the island. Other than that they speak Jamaican creole. Lots of them grow up in a household where their parents prefer them to speak English and a lot of schools have a rule where they must speak English at all times on campus. I wouldn't stereotype them saying that they speak patois most of the time. It's different for everybody, some only speak standard English, some, not at all. Again, its different for everybody.
