I felt so bad for her because her character was so sweet. In a movie that’s generally off, it’s kinda hard to feel for anyone. I mean Jerry, you understand him, but her, I felt so bad because all she was was kind and her death actually made me sad. Proof of really good acting there.

Plus, remember that his mom had him kill her to end her suffering. So with Fiona and Lisa, he legit thought he was helping. Alison was the only one he did completely intentionally from the start.

It's a treat to see Anna change it up in this film! However, it should've done way better than it did at the box office :(
If you haven't watched this know that after Lisa's neck breaks you see Jerry lie beside her saying sorry multiple times with Lisa crying and mumbles under her breath "I want to go home" and we see her eyes turn blood red. Jerry does cut her head off after she dies and puts it in the fridge.
tbh, i would've played it cool. I would've said its okay. and hugged him and told him i'm sorry that way he puts his guard down and I would ask him if we could go on a date again so I could get help.

Anna Kendrick is so beautiful and such a good actress. This was the saddest scene in the movie. The blood on the light switch when she first enters and it zooming in on the cat were scenes that kind of made you giggle but then Lisa getting thrown on the bed and hitting her neck was so sad. It's quite a blend of horror, comedy, and drama. The acting was very good. You have to watch the whole movie to fully understand why there was some comedy in this scene. It was sad how the scene ended though.
Fun fact: A part of this scene was destroyed, at one point during the brief fight Jerry yells "Where's Francis?!" But during the filming that part was mysteriously removed from the overall footage at the last minute.

Jerry is like the village idiot in the movie and none of the women really knew except Fiona. Im not like Jerry one bit but someone tried to do that to me and Im pretty sure it had the opposite effect.

Nights Of The Films i wouldnt call this a comedy. It has some funny parts, its kind of hard to classify what genre of movie this is.
