@Kevin Byrnes I have to disagree I love Madara's personality and his voice. Madara is the definition of "flex" like Escanor. Madara flexes everytime he's on screen. Every fight of Madara he flexes. Even ClydeTheWeaboo is a bigger Madara sucker than SwagKage, Clyde even said in one of his Naruto videos "Madara is my personal favorite villain in anime". Aizen may be well written and have much more screen time, Aizen lacked the ego, arrogance, funny/entertaining personality that Madara have. I really love Madara's fighting style more than Aizen, Madara is the type of person who likes to show how long his dick is just to flex and he always give the upper hand to his opponents he doesn't take his fights seriously and he always laughs from getting rekt or destroyed. Remember you can be a great villain even if you have shitty motivations or even none example is Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter.

You can see a character get impaled during a fight, winning yet suffering a mortal blow. They speak their last thoughts, and close their eyes and you think they are dead? However, once the main bad guy is defeated several episodes later we cut back and..... But "the medical team made it in time!!!"" Do this a dozen times, and all sense of conflict is gone. I know the good guys will survive. Bleach is inconsistent compare to the other big 3 One Piece and Naruto, I'd say consistency. One Piece and Naruto have stayed fairly consistent, with One Piece's quality only dropping relatively recently (general consensus is around Saobady or the time skip, depending on who you ask), and Naruto's being all over the map, but steadily getting better after the Year of Sasuke. Bleach's quality is all over the map, with the Bount Arc (thank god it's the only one I've seen) literally giving my cat cancer of the AIDS of the leukemia of the eyes, having a sub-par dub (I'm mostly meaning Orihime), and committing the big sin of drawing out reaction shots (which is primarily what One Piece is getting flak for), and having a shitty soundtrack (which got slightly better as they moved into the Hueco Mundo arc, but they still had all the shitty songs from before). However, it also can be amazing. The lead up to the fight with Aizen was fun, there were bits and pieces of Hueco Mundo that I loved, and I loved the earlier parts a lot. Problem is I keep saying bits, parts, etc.
How 4th Great Shinobi War if Aizen was with Madara: Aizen instantly Kyokasuigetsu’s all the Kages’ at the 5 Kage summit and important characters there and has them do subtly do what he wants without knowing. Obito still draws out Killer Bee, Naruto and has that fight,after the reinforcements arrive to help Naruto Bee Kakashi and Guy, Sasuke’s crew and the Kage arrive. they see Madara and Obito up there.... but then Aizen drops in and everyone sees and asks who the hell he is... immediately, he does his shikai release ritual... has everyone think they’re contributing and fighting in the war, meanwhile in reality they’re killing each other off. Madara does what he has to go get the Infinite Tsukoyomi going uncontested and unbothered, and as soon as Madara finishes and says “INFINITY TSUKOYO-“ and is cut off by Aizen who simultaneously walks over and says “Shatter, KYOKASUIGETSU! You think I would allow someone to put control over me, I will not submit myself to anyone or anything!” and breaks down to Madara and has the villain power explanation saying that his ability is not a mere genjutsu you can just see through even with top notch visual prowess, this can control all 5 senses”, meanwhile Madara had thought it was only powered up basic genjutsu which is sight & hearing. Aizen proceeds to Kido such has Kurohitsugi, hado 99 5 dragons & rikujokkoro to damage, weaken and bind Madara. Aizen at this point secretly has been searching and looking for the Hogyoku which he has attained and ascended to godhood. At this point he’s stronger than any Otsutsuki at any point. And even if Madara were to revolt.... Madara has already seen the Kyokasuigetsu’s release when Aizen dropped from above and joined them.... Aizen has carefully thought out every outcome.... all according to plan...
I like how you can recognise and separate them by their themes Madara’s theme has this dramatic and villainous feel Aizen’s theme sounds dangerous but is mixed with the singing For some reason they perfectly represent the characters lol

Bro those two anime mixed up would be insane. Two of the coolest villains from each show, espada and akatsuki, Gotei 13 and the hokage, okotsuki and the sternritter, isshiki and yhwach, and the designs for both r incredible, I've never seen any anime as cool as them, just imagine a crossover... 😗
It's how i imagine Boruto series could've been. But instead, we got Aliens. 💀 They missed the chance to make Otsutsuki as Shinigami or at least hollowfied shinigami or Arrancar. Honestly, people always bring up Aizens illusion abilities to show how strong he is but I always thought how he was still strong enough to box with the best WITHOUT them. Like, if you shut down his swords ability somehow he is still a Kido master, a god tier swordsman, and is a master in literally every shinigami art, he doesn't NEED to put you into an illusion to kill you.
I love both anime and both of these villains, but IMO Madara would be a curiosity to be investigated, experimented on, tested and then discarded/used by Aizen. Don't get me wrong, Madara is a consummate badass in his story, but Soul Reapers and their gamut are just on a more epic scale. As a side note, the whole resurrection jutsu the second Hokage and Orochimaru perfected would have been an excellent justification for Soul Society to start getting involved in the Naruto world ("Hey what's happening with these missing souls???..."). Can't you just picture 'unassuming candy shop owner' Urahara Kisuke setting up shop in Konoha as the introduction? :) *waves* "Ohayō Naruto-kun! " *running by as he flees Iruka-sensei* "Ohayō Urahara O-jisan!"

Honestly, people always bring up Aizens illusion abilities to show how strong he is but I always thought how he was still strong enough to box with the best WITHOUT them.
Like, if you shut down his swords ability somehow he is still a Kido master, a god tier swordsman, and is a master in literally every shinigami art, he doesn't NEED to put you into an illusion to kill you.
The irony in this is both have means of using massively over powered illusions XD madaras sharingan and aizens blade.

I love both anime and both of these villains, but IMO Madara would be a curiosity to be investigated, experimented on, tested and then discarded/used by Aizen.
Don't get me wrong, Madara is a consummate badass in his story, but Soul Reapers and their gamut are just on a more epic scale.
As a side note, the whole resurrection jutsu the second Hokage and Orochimaru perfected would have been an excellent justification for Soul Society to start getting involved in the Naruto world ("Hey what's happening with these missing souls???..."). Can't you just picture 'unassuming candy shop owner' Urahara Kisuke setting up shop in Konoha as the introduction? :)
