Welcome back!! Here's a look at the AMAZING Sylvanian Families / Calico Critters duck family! In this video, I'll open up the new 2021 duck family (Japanese import), compare it to the new Duckling triplets, and we'll also take a journey down Calico Critter Duck memory lane with a look at pictures of the Duck Families from the 80s and 90s.

I love these ducks! I was so exited when I opened them for Christmas, they have always been a family that I wanted, and I finally got them for Christmas in 2021!

I have all the original ducks. Mr Webster has always been my favorite. I’ll admit I paid a lot for the urban life family so when epoch released these I got annoyed because I could have save a lot of money 😂 but I’m actually kind of glad that these guys are easily accessible at a cheaper price because I want to buy a few sets to customize as new birds 😅
I know that EXACT feeling LOL - when I want something bad enough to over-pay, then I see it cheaper a few months - or years - later. But that's ok, because I offset that by getting good deals other places I guess (or that's how I rationalize it LOL!)... and that's a cool idea to customize the ducks! I hope you share it on your channel!!

The ducks are so cute, I love the dad's top hat! I'm so excited because my order from Raru is coming maybe next week: Chiffon dog family, donut store, kitchen island and barbeque set!
Oh wow that’s awesome! The chiffon dogs are so cute - I hope to add them someday. And the donut shop is probably one of my favorites, it’s got so many little donuts and they are so realistic!

Also, I can’t believe how many times I found a similar video a few days before or after I do one - or even the same day - one time I felt really bad because I was unboxing the exact same set on the same day LOL!! But it’s ok, IMO there can never be too many Sylvanian videos! 😆

Oh yes, many use Amazon Japan here in Mexico, but I do not buy online, I will wait to have money hahaha

The ducks are so adorable, some of my absolute favourites! I've been holding off getting the Paddleton's hoping they'll release in the UK but Amazon Japan's pricing sounds really reasonable!
Yes, I felt the same way, just refused to pay $45 or whatever it would cost on eBay, but if you place a kind of larger order on Amazon Japan the shipping really goes down fast. I think the ducks themselves were about $26, and depending on how much you buy, the shipping could get to around five dollars or less. This is one of those sets that it’s a gamble, the price could go down or they could be released in the west and be cheaper down the road, or they could be a lot more expensive if they don’t get released here, it’s just a toss of the dice! 😊

They will release in the Uk later this year.
That's wonderful!! I hope all the new families and sets also get released in UK and USA, like the beavers and the Halloween babies, it's SOOO hard having to wait so it tempts me to buy them as imports, which costs more. Particularly the beavers, I just can't bear to pay $40 for a family if it'll be $20 in a year or two.
By the way, I can't find your email address on the about section? I took photos. I've had to make space because I found the Sunny rabbit family for r240 which is about 15/16 USD. Great price.

Yes! It looks so cool! Working on one now that I will post in a day or two, showing other collections from other people. Also putting a tips video out sometime, as soon as I have enough tips collected. 😍😊😎
Also I have many old sets such as the motorbike side car hamburger restaurant and the old cozy cottage old version and the old red roof home the beach would hall.
