No... Still u have to calculate RL of instrument axis. RL we measured from BM.

RL is a vertical distance between a survey point and the datum surface.
Measure from Mean sea level or from temporary imaginary datum

Madam RL of B is 256.636 you mentioned h2 as 1.4 in last formula, where as it is 1.14.
