At least she makes up for it in the end by supporting him and helping him see that he doesn’t have to blame himself for the wrongs of others and that he needs to forgive himself first and foremost. To elaborate on #17 -- he made a deal with his dad (who he hated) offering total obedience and fealty (which he hated) in exchange for her safety... and he did this while he was literally dying, because he had no idea his dad would bring him back.
I got my dad hooked on this shows, he was only 3 episodes in when he remarked on their chemistry and I just naturally agreed. Since I binged watched the show in 3 days I totally forgot just how beautiful their relationship is.

Very true! I would love to make one soon just to share all the great S2 moments, but who knows what else will happen. So waiting until the end is probably best, unless there's a major break between the first half of the season and the extra 9 eps.
ChasingSparks Yeah, now with the longer season, they'll be having a fall finale this time so there might be around a month long break in December or at least I hope it's only a month. I saw the schedule that Fox has for January and Lucifer is still in the same slot when it comes back.
