There are five parkade levels underneath the main building, P2-P1 are half-sized to accommodate the radiation vaults and other hospital necessaries. I helped build the thing I know the place like the back of my hand

I dunno if you ever got the answer, but afaik they will have underground parking attached with 1600 or so spots.
