"Mystery Category," huh? Now I know what those extra slips in front of Jack's podium were used for. I remember seeing a picture of Jack behind the podium w/ those seven slips on the cover of the "Best of TV Game Shows" CD in the past.
@Ivoryface86 Bill's first season did indeed use the Mystery Category, as evidenced from the WOR-TV commercial for TJW, there was a clip of the 7 Mystery cards on the podium.
The best part of this game is the contestant gets paid on the spot. Other game shows follow this format; "Card Sharks '86", "Scrabble", "Super Password", and "Sale of the Century".
Mystery Category #6 is Flags. Mystery Category #2 is Fishing. Mystery Category #4 is Government Departments & Agencies. Mystery Category #7 is Sports Movies.
Wait..was the Mystery Category one of the 5 categories in the game? In this case, the 6th question on Jack's podium related to Flags (not one of the 5 categories)

Usually the audience would count along with Jack as he gives the money to the contestant... :-O

@johnissoevil Yes, in fact one of them was during Joe Dunn's reign in 1983........MC-Joker-Joker.
I guess the audience did not count along with Jack as he paid the winner of the Bonus round at first

Susan Miller looked good wearing knee high boots
The rotten Devil is despicable.
Has anyone ever pulled a triple on the Mystery category?
If they did, then that's worth $400, but it would've been great if somebody did pulled a Natural Triple on the Mystery Category
And a Natural Triple there meant the Natural Triple Jackpot.

Who says that girls who wear glasses can't be beautiful? I'm referring to Susan the beautiful bartender who should've won.
Yes !!!Quit while you are ahead, thy will only give you the devil we all know that
He did the reasonable thing. At eight hundred quit while you ahead
Who was the first person to win a car in the syndicated version?
Darn, he didn't let the guy spin to see what would've happened there after the guy quit with the $850.
