Yeah, ever since the beginning, it's basically been impossible to predict what the next ITZY song is gonna sound like. I think there are 2 different fandoms for ITZY. One of the fandoms like their more "mainstream" melodic stuff, and the other fandom likes their more experimental sound. So there are always complaints, no matter what kind of song they release. Either it's "too experimental" or it's "not experimental enough". 😅 Personally, I need to give this a few more chances to understand everything that's happening, but it's probably not gonna be my favourite of theirs. But that's OK, I like that they keep doing more experimental things still.

Musical composition and arrangement wise with Dem Jointz and Ryan Jhun, it's very NMIXX coded. But the vocal arrangement and delivery is VERY ITZY! Only Itzy can pull off this song.

Hey, ladies. I would like to preface this is not dunk on your video or sound. This is more me being tired of people using the SM7B like they don't have the voice for it. I know the SM7B is the hotness, but there's a couple of things. It's a Radio Mic so it's meant to be close to your mouth, you guys are using it like a Yeti mic. But most importantly it's not meant for the average woman based on the sound profile of what it picks up. It's more towards the lower end. The higher end are fine but the lower ends are blown out because you probably were trying to pickup the natural tone of your voice. If you want Shure, the MV7 is made for the mid tones type. Or if you want something just as expensive RE20. It handles the mids better. Or the RE320 which is the same mic just made in China. So it's a bit more higher receiving based on manufacturing tolerances. Remember more expensive doesn't mean best. Bohemian Rhapsody... on a RE20. A lot Michael Jackson albums on a RE20. Househusband (when made videos) eats the Shure SM7B for breakfast lunch and dinner. If you don't take my advice on mic type, please do the minimum and use it properly. It's very expensive mic and you guys aren't getting the best out it that far from your face. It's 6 inches at most. Like you're going to devour it.
