Airsoft Camman I was gutted to see your SRS piss out all its air before we even started. Shame I couldn’t really help you out apart from holding the your SRS while you were pulling your gloves off. Glad you managed to get it sorted and was able to rejoin our team and get some good footage while playing 👍.
Agreed. An HPA system is more convenient if you want higher power(3+ Joules) but less hustle while pulling the bolt. It's way too expensive if you add everything up. Spring is king and very low maintenance especially on an SRS due to that quick change system. Personally, I would never convert an SRS... I would use a separate cheaper gun and dedicate it to HPA.
i use the wolverine bolt for my vsr 10 and i must say it's kinda blessing since i go airsofting in The Netherlands and belgium but they have different rules on fps and joule so being able to quickly change my fps with just a twist is really nice for me
I bought this system but I don't know if it was the right one for my srs 22" a2 could you help me find the necessary up parts because I'm new to the sport I'm Brazilian
Believe it or not but part of the reason I actually bought a srs was because my wolverine vsr was a pain in the ass and I did want to go back to a more reliable system. The only advantage (and it’s debatable) of my hpa setup was the joule creep potential, but at a given energy output, it perform just as good as any other well tuned sniper rifle. It is quieter than my srs tho, but my srs doesn’t have an air brake yet
Running 3.4J with .45 bbs M170 spring. The easy pull of HPA seems great but the movement limit by the tube links with the cylinder around my body is the con.
I wear a 13ci tank inside my camel back pouch. Personally dont like the Bolt-M as it is noisy, i find the EM to be a far superior unit. Honestly with a 42 inch line you lose nothing, yet i gained perfect shot to shot consistency, the gun is silent with the only moving part being a solenoid and the light bolt pull is even better on the VSR platform.
Highlighted exactly why i dont use the Bolt-M.The mechanical noise of it. I have the Bolt electromechanical. Put a 7.4 1100 mah in the stock and it has not needed charging once in the 2 years it has been in there. My gun is truly silent from just a few meters away.
@That Off Brand I don't have a lot of experience with hpa I've been using a spring in my vsr 10 but one day I ran into feeding issue and my friend gave me his vsr which had a co2 wraith and I was surprised all I had to do was put a c02 capsule in the gun to make it work and the wraith wasn't that heavy at all but thx for the advice because I don't know to much stuff about hpa im kinda used to a simple spring
Little suggestion since where he put a hole in the gun, I cut that part just the stockpod hole if you have an A2 it is a lot better there and removes the issue of locking the stock. I wish I would've done this at first got the idea today when I was checking where to cut the line to my preference. Please Highlight this for future advice! @Airsoft CamMan
When you hose came out you could have simply taken the connector back out and your tank wouldn’t have drained that much ^^ :-) Always good to know which steps to take in which order with HPA :-)
Nice video. Did you grind off the lug on your bolt to get that easy close? I have the Bolt M installed and even before I installed it, the “lock down” movement of my bolt has always felt tight. How is yours almost falling into the locked position so easily? Thanks!!
Really nice! I like in HPA but the Bolt Spring, it's still just as cool. question, how did you hook your handle to the handguard and by what means? If you have a reference, I'm a taker.
our field allowed up to 450 fps or = to that in joules but i keep my srs beflow 400 in joules "around 380" so i can have no minimal engagement you loose maybe 10 feet which is not much of a difference but being able to shoot someone close instead of trying to grab a pistol makes a real difference
Hi bud. What hop rubber/degree do you use and what nub in your SRS please? I am finding it difficult to match the accuracy of my VSR. Using the fast hop, silverback blue 50 rubber with .49's and a PDI 6.05. You always have a nice flat line on your shots. Great vids by the way, big fan.
cool vid mate! Ever been playing in Sweden? Would be really baller to see you and mustang with some higher FPS limits, deadly! U'r allowed MAXIMUM 466,7 FPS with .45bbs (40m safety range).
Hello sir! Love you content! Do you mind me asking: What scope are you running? Looks like a tactical scope. Relatively unorthodox for a sniper I think. What is your reasoning? Weight? Don’t need a lot of maginfication? Weight is also my main concern with a scope that has (for example) a 2.5-10x56 magnification. Although I like the look of those on an SRS Any feedback/advice?
hi camman, how do you get such straight lines of the BB? if i want to shoot further, it always goes with a lot of hop, so going up as a mountain, but yours are going straight as a line, how do you do that? so fine
Would your opinion change about using the HPA rig if you were able to figure out where to place a CO2 wraith on it? Then there’s at least no tank to carry and with a sniping position, you won’t be burning through the cartridges that quickly....
I did this on my VSR 10 with a Wolverine bolt and I modded the inside of the stock to hold a 33g cO2 cartridge and regulator. I get about 350-500 shots per cartridge depending on weather and how I’m using it and I couldn’t be happier with the setup. All the benefits of HPA (consistency, range, sound, etc) but without the need to carry an external tank and deal with the hoses and all that stuff.
there are line sleeves and/or you can weave paracord for added protection on their lines. The lines themselves are fairly durable but youre kinda screwed if it gets cut in-game

That bolt m can fit to srs hti?
Man, that bb arch from the first clip is incredible. Such a straight trajectory.
Glad you done this video its made my mind up now and I'm sticking with my wasp piston and rapax spring as results are flawless

You can get a little c-clip to fit behind the release ring. This stops you compressing it and releasing the hose. Hope this helps

heard you say you've been using the MTW, i absolutely love mine, best airsoft purchase ive ever made. wolverine is amazing.

nice video very honest review
If you put a small o-ring between the black button where the hose goes in and your hpa fitting you cannot push it anymore until you remove the o-ring.
So glad you made this video I was thinking of converting mine but now I'm not.
But muy question is... which one shots better?
if you don't like a heavy air tank get a wolverine wraith it puts a decent amount of psi and it is smaller and much lighter then a full airtank

Nice review and wise words. Spring powered in the UK is more than enough and no need for the extra faff.
What tank size were you using here? Could it last two whole days of play?
3.3 joules seems extremely high for field play.

wont that make it over the limit being 400 on .45s? and also 3.3joules??

@@valentinozoboli4592 It's fully adjustable fps by adjusting air pressure. So you can set it for your fields requirements.
