***CORRECTION*** At time 4:57- R4000.00 Loss made on sale of car. Car sold at R60k which is R4k less than value (i.e. R64k)

You’re right!!! (I made a logic error). If the value is 64k and we only get 60k for it, we can’t possibly be making profit - therefore it’s should have been loss. Thank you Muhammad.
