I remember when i played this game as a kid YEARS ago. Im still sad they changed the sexy monster's attack from nipples to tounge. That was the funniest thing in the game lol.
Comming back to this game after YEARS, I only remembered Zeus and Thor were OP damage dealers, so I went into electricity build and skills on my own. I'm so happy I made the right choice accidentally 😅 but this video made my setup even way better, so thank you!

Lightning has been decent for a while, the problem with it was that it lacked boss killing power, in which giants and bowmaster simply dominated the field. Now with the introduction of Lightning Archer promotion, that issue can be fixed and lightning is fully usable finally 😎
Great video Laku i really love your vids specially the guide ones, but i have some question. Im at wave 450 and my build is mostly physical as i watched your guide videos before this and the physical was the way to go so i followed it,but my towers arent really that a high level since im just at early game. Now that the meta has changed im curious,Now my question would i need to be at wave 1k to do this or do i just go straight from this? Also do i need to level up my town archers or no? Or do i also upgrade the gold mine thing or do i keep mining for dark crystals and not up them? Im curious on your opinion!
Hey, sorry for the late reply 😊! Not sure how far you have advanced by now, but i would recommend starting to level up these units instead for now, if you need gold, you can leave your game on overnight (if possible) to gather plenty of colony gold and in the morning you should have enough to level up the units that you need 👍 you dont really need to be at wave 1k to do this, but you COULD also use gold autobattle and make profit from it until like ~1000-2000 waves so thats an option for you. in that case include military band M, Orc Band heroes in the build instead of dorothy and ice wizard/smith and use the gold bar, golden heart and bronze piece treasures, as well as trophy tower instead of Barracks 👍 And i would recommend just setting the workers to mine dark crystals and not level them up

I would recommend starting to level up the lightning units and switch over 😊 physical can work but eventually lightning will simply be stronger now after update
Dark elf should only be dropped if you can reach the "archer trio applies to itself" skillnode in the skilltree, before that drop dorothy or slingers in early game 👍 Dark assassin as support unit is decent pick that doesnt require leveling (just get him to level 51)
does it matter where i put the units? i dont really like activating abilities on the top, so can i just put the units in whatever way i want, as long as Necro, pure wizard and bowmaster are next to each other?
you can re arrange the units yes, but make sure to keep bowmaster in the bottom right corner, and try to have units that shoot projectiles closer to the right side of castle (like dark elf and slingers in here for example). But if you are doing manual gameplay then its pretty much up to what is most convenient to you anyway!

Just got back to this game and right now I'm trying this Lightning setup. I don't have high level among my lightning heroes, leaders and towers. By now I'm leveling them up but I don't know who should I prioritize. Edit: Also do u have a lightning setup that is also autobattle but instead uses gold?
What is your wave level? The first ones to prioritize in early game would be Thor and Thunder towers (with mirror, stone and red defender) 👍 after that Zeus and Dark Lightning archer. Rest of the units dont really need to be leveled more than to get their final promotions. If you are not in my discord yet, I would highly recommend joining 😊 we have loads of information available in there as well regarding lightning build, levels, items etc (invite link is in the description box of this video) As for gold build, the only one about lightning i really have now is my main account gold autobattle build. You cannot use it for profitable autobattle yet, but if using manual for some reason or using time autobattle, then the layout is okay (except you will still want to have thunder tower with stone, mirror and red defender in the build). That's kinda individual depending how you want to proceed with your early game. Either level them up now until they are level 10.000 and then stop, or just ignore them for now and spam them later to 10.000. I ignored them but some want to see them in use, both options will lead to same outcome with pretty similar speed i would believe. 10.000 is the preferred stop point though, at that level you get a skillpoint from them and its more effective to run just heroes after that
Kind of yes, but the other damaga dealers do his job as well / better so he is not required for the build. And adding another damage dealer is not great idea resource-wise, as you will need to have enough gold for all damage dealers to keep up with the waves

Yeah that would seem to be good 😊 ogre might not be needed so you can use druid to boost castle defense by 5% ( no need to level druid!!) and Dark assassin as support unit should help a little, instead of again ogre or ice wizard or slingers. Make sure to always use the strange key treasure when fighting dragons!
@@felansear you can but it wont make any difference, only reason to use him would be the defense boost for castle. If you can survive sin attacks then also Druid will be completely useless
I would recommend that, yes 😊 it might take a while to gather the gold, so temporarily drop to single waves (no devil horn) and collect that gold. Lightning is pretty strong so even with relatively low levels you can start doing waves quite comfortably 👍
I will do video of my main account also as soon as I can, I plan on doing full lightning on it as well so that build will be about higher wave gold autobattle build 👍 hopefully it will help
Sup I’m at wave 800k and have 136 skill tree points/ stars, what modifications would you recommend I make to this build with me being where I am, and would you recommend doing a hybrid lighting+poison build (with scubas), that’s what I’ve seen some other people do
hybrid build surely can be an option, although im not exactly sure if you have enough skillpoints for it yet, could be but if we talk about pure lightning, then the change you definitely want to do is to start using dark assassin as damage dealer instead of thunder towers 👍 the towers will not be able to provide good enough damage for you anymore at that point, so your main units will be: Dark Lightning Archer | Thor | Zeus and Dark assassin, and their levels likely go in this order as well from highest to lowest. if you can get giant ogre to double proc (cooldown lower than pure wizards) that will be a great source of crowd control for you as well, i believe with your points you can get lightning, physical and summon trees (from summon you want the slinger pierce node, and if you want to start testing gold autobattle, you will need the 10% more monsters node as well, but if you still use fab that can wait)
Main boss damage dealer in dragons will be Dark Lightning Archer, and Zeus will help out and so will Thor, although to lesser extent 👍 dragons will be a bit slower than before, but we got the reduced timer on the chest after dragon, which balances things out quite nicely

Sadly it's a greenscreen 😂 my house looks more boring! Focus on Thunder towers and Thor at your wave level now most, but also keep on upgrading lightning archer and zeus as well. Keep castle leveled up as well, it can be around the same level as your highest units 👍 work on building up your whole castle if you dont have all 12 hero slots yet, thats a huge boost early on, and dont worry if you have mana problems, those are very common in early game but they will get better after a while!

angels would probably achieve more, but chrono increases progression speed which is really important (also increases colony gold speed at the same time) 😊

This is pretty much going to be the meta wave build, at least for early to mid game. Physical can still work but its just much weaker than before thanks to giants being nerfed to the ground 😥 You can keep using your build now im sure, if you struggle, drop down to no devil horn for a while and gather some gold for the lightning units, mainly focus on thor and thunder tower for now, they dont need to be leveled super high for them to be able to do very well for you. Take your time, don't rush, and don't panic. You got this
Town Archers should always be a better option to use than the lightning cannons. They dont get boosted from the lightning tree anyway and that extra damage to flying monsters is kinda useless in lightning build where everything is blasting air monsters with increased damage already
Im sad bruh i spend all my coines on physical build so when is was new idk how to play but when i saw your vids i got to wave 35k but i spen all my gold on the physical build so i need to get more coines for lighting build (great video)
Yeah it will likely take a while to gather enough gold for the change, in the meanwhile try to keep using the old build or the mix of the two 👍 no rush, eventually you'll get it sorted out 😊
Ye I feel that just got a physical damage taken reduced for angels and plus 1 summon for giants I'm on wave 11k lol gotta redo all least my Zeus is decently leveled already
hi i put all my egg in one basket in the physical summon build and mat all the items not relevent to my build prior to this update. im at wave 816k and 131 skillpoints. it is really difficult for me to transition to another build as i have absolutely no items for other heroes. i believe my best plan is to continue running my build with the giants on lower devil horn until i find items for lightning heroes for the lightning build, which is obviously going to take forever and then copy the build in this video. do you have any other recommendations?
Heya! 😊 Yeah basically everyone is in this position right now, it's going to take a while for everyone to be able to adjust to new builds after this update. Your plan sounds exactly what I would also recommend, temporarily take it slower and take your time to do the swaps 👍 for your wave level this exact build might not be the most optimal, have you been leveling / using dark assassin yet in your physical build before? Zeus Thor and Lightning Archer will be 3 key heroes even for you, but Thunder Towers are likely not optimal for you anymore so you can skip those and try to focus on Dark Assassin instead. Which would mean you can drop stone and defender from the build and take in Assassin and some crowd control unit, like Giant Ogre or Mech Ram
The latest update simply made lightning the most versatile element to begin with, something that has both good boss damage and good normal monster damage 👍 Physical used to be THE meta build for like 2 years before this update, but it was heavily nerfed (mainly Giants were nerfed) so it simply does not perform as well anymore. Fire and Ice on the other hand just dont get to same level in terms of performance as lightning does atm, but we will have to see if next updates will bring more balance stuff or not. Fire has great normal monster clearance damage atm, but it's lacking boss killers for example
I would advice doing so 👍 take your time to level the units, no need to rush though, your physical build will still likely be able to run just fine thanks to all the extra skillpoints
start working on upgrading thor and thunder tower (if you are below 200k waves), and keep using physical summon for as long as you can before you can do the switch. Can temporarily add giants and sniper instead of dorothy and dark elf in the lightning build also
What is your wave level right now? Start investing into thor and thunder towers first if you are in early game, getting those two to decent levels will allow you to wave quite easily. Since you already have leveled bowmaster for physical build, she is ready to be used in lightning build, just switch the promotion to dark lightning archer 👍If sniper is leveled already, you can kind of use a hybrid build and keep him in the build for a while, but without physical tree he likely won't do much damage. After you get thor and thunder towers leveled up, start leveling zeus as well. This change will likely take a little bit of your time, so you can stop using devil horn treasure until you have been able to complete the switch.
I’m farming sins and I’m getting a bunch of S grade items. What should I do with them and how do I know if I should use them or mat and who to even put them on
Well, at least cooldown items are always a keeper for multiple units, pure wizard, necromancer, chrono, smith etc. And any critical and lightning damage item will be usable for damage dealers. Also stun and knockback lines are useful to keep. Easiest way to get help with items is through discord i would say, make screenshot of all your items ytou need help with and post it there for easier helping. I'm not sure if it will be a great idea having more than 4-5 dmg dealer I see that you kinda want an ice/lightning type of build I can't seem to think a combinations since ice dmg dealer are TA skele.king Poseidon and Elizabeth you should prioritized lightning heroes more I recommend thor Zeus lightning archer and towers and the test should be support/buff/stuns/knockbacks I'm currently using lightning wizard chain instead of lightning archer since it has higher level
Laku i have just got an L tier item with a cooldown, critical damage and flying damage should i use it for wizard (-10% cooldown) or use it for something else? It has 46% crit damage
you can use it for the cooldown yes 👍 if you got another cooldown for pure wizard, you can temporarily use this on zeus as well, its not a terrible item for him either 👍
It can, but you will eventually drop thunder tower and take in dark assassin, much like you did with sniper in physical summon build 👍 with enough sp lightning poison also becomes an option in late game, but full lightning also works
yeah thats normal, the shield defense numbers are kinda wonky in this game. While they do serve as guidelines, they really lack consistency between different modes 😅
I would recommend taking thunder tower to level 10k and then see for how long it keeps on dealing damage while not leveling it anymore. At that point you can start thinking of putting gold into assassin 👍 Gold autobattle is when you can do it profitable with dh3 (possibly with dh2) and usually this is between 500k-1mil waves depending on your account strength
Sounds like a save error, you cannot get them back, but for next time, after you do anything like that or claim any reward, make sure to do manual save and if possible do 1 wave at least to make sure the game saves your progress 😊 that should prevent it happening again in the future!
It is true if you have both in the build, then 1 buff is wasted, but there is really not reason not to promote both all the way down. If you need urgently use the crystals elsewhere then ofc only 1 is enough :)
That node also gives thor thunderstorm extra thunders 😊 its only a small boost though since most of his damage comes from chain lightning and not that attack
Since the last update, lightning heroes are now better to start with, but both options will work! I would recommend picking the damage dealers from this build (and skilltree), and use all the gold boosting units presented in the starter video
hey i have done 70k waves and using phisical build shoulld i switch to lighting i dont have any items for them and i already have some really good L items for giants and edward and also for dbm
You can stick to physical if you want to, but unless giants get some balancing in future, the build will just be weaker compared to lightning and its variations. Usable, but not nearly as great as before
It's usable, yes, but not really required now really great unit to fit in. Main role of angels is bodyblocking flying enemies and dealing small amount of damage to them. With lightning build this is not really a problem since all lightning units deal so much damage to flying units already. However if you have them leveled and want to use them, i would put them instead of dorothy in here
I would recommend taking it slowly, do single waves for now without devil horn and start leveling thor first, you can get lightning build running with relatively low levels as long as thor can handle ground monsters. You can also try to use some mix of lightning and physical until you can fully do the shift, likely keep sniper instead of dorothy and maybe giants instead of some other unit (but i doubt they will do much with just lightning skilltree)
Hey, Laku. I've tried this setup... I find it to be a bit MID... I've been a lightning build main for years, now. I didn't find dark lightning Archer to be effective, neither the spear slingers. My top 9 in analysis are all capable of getting 9 figures worth of damage and it scales all the way down to newbie levels.

Lightning has been decent for a while, the problem with it was that it lacked boss killing power, in which giants and bowmaster simply dominated the field. Now with the introduction of Lightning Archer promotion, that issue can be fixed and lightning is fully usable finally 😎

Great video Laku i really love your vids specially the guide ones, but i have some question. Im at wave 450 and my build is mostly physical as i watched your guide videos before this and the physical was the way to go so i followed it,but my towers arent really that a high level since im just at early game. Now that the meta has changed im curious,Now my question would i need to be at wave 1k to do this or do i just go straight from this? Also do i need to level up my town archers or no? Or do i also upgrade the gold mine thing or do i keep mining for dark crystals and not up them? Im curious on your opinion!
Hey, sorry for the late reply 😊! Not sure how far you have advanced by now, but i would recommend starting to level up these units instead for now, if you need gold, you can leave your game on overnight (if possible) to gather plenty of colony gold and in the morning you should have enough to level up the units that you need 👍 you dont really need to be at wave 1k to do this, but you COULD also use gold autobattle and make profit from it until like ~1000-2000 waves so thats an option for you. in that case include military band M, Orc Band heroes in the build instead of dorothy and ice wizard/smith and use the gold bar, golden heart and bronze piece treasures, as well as trophy tower instead of Barracks 👍
And i would recommend just setting the workers to mine dark crystals and not level them up

Dark elf should only be dropped if you can reach the "archer trio applies to itself" skillnode in the skilltree, before that drop dorothy or slingers in early game 👍 Dark assassin as support unit is decent pick that doesnt require leveling (just get him to level 51)

does it matter where i put the units? i dont really like activating abilities on the top, so can i just put the units in whatever way i want, as long as Necro, pure wizard and bowmaster are next to each other?
you can re arrange the units yes, but make sure to keep bowmaster in the bottom right corner, and try to have units that shoot projectiles closer to the right side of castle (like dark elf and slingers in here for example). But if you are doing manual gameplay then its pretty much up to what is most convenient to you anyway!
How do you play on PC? are you using an emulator like bluestacks or is there a direct download?

Just got back to this game and right now I'm trying this Lightning setup. I don't have high level among my lightning heroes, leaders and towers. By now I'm leveling them up but I don't know who should I prioritize.
Edit: Also do u have a lightning setup that is also autobattle but instead uses gold?
What is your wave level? The first ones to prioritize in early game would be Thor and Thunder towers (with mirror, stone and red defender) 👍 after that Zeus and Dark Lightning archer. Rest of the units dont really need to be leveled more than to get their final promotions. If you are not in my discord yet, I would highly recommend joining 😊 we have loads of information available in there as well regarding lightning build, levels, items etc (invite link is in the description box of this video)
As for gold build, the only one about lightning i really have now is my main account gold autobattle build. You cannot use it for profitable autobattle yet, but if using manual for some reason or using time autobattle, then the layout is okay (except you will still want to have thunder tower with stone, mirror and red defender in the build). That's kinda individual depending how you want to proceed with your early game. Either level them up now until they are level 10.000 and then stop, or just ignore them for now and spam them later to 10.000.
I ignored them but some want to see them in use, both options will lead to same outcome with pretty similar speed i would believe. 10.000 is the preferred stop point though, at that level you get a skillpoint from them and its more effective to run just heroes after that
Is lightning wizard a viable hero for this build?
Kind of yes, but the other damaga dealers do his job as well / better so he is not required for the build. And adding another damage dealer is not great idea resource-wise, as you will need to have enough gold for all damage dealers to keep up with the waves

Yeah that would seem to be good 😊 ogre might not be needed so you can use druid to boost castle defense by 5% ( no need to level druid!!) and Dark assassin as support unit should help a little, instead of again ogre or ice wizard or slingers. Make sure to always use the strange key treasure when fighting dragons!

@@felansear you can but it wont make any difference, only reason to use him would be the defense boost for castle. If you can survive sin attacks then also Druid will be completely useless

I would recommend that, yes 😊 it might take a while to gather the gold, so temporarily drop to single waves (no devil horn) and collect that gold. Lightning is pretty strong so even with relatively low levels you can start doing waves quite comfortably 👍
Physical summon build is best or lightning build at wave 5000
Lightning is better right now 👍 but you can keep using physical to gather gold for lightning heroes if you are using physical now

Sup I’m at wave 800k and have 136 skill tree points/ stars, what modifications would you recommend I make to this build with me being where I am,
and would you recommend doing a hybrid lighting+poison build (with scubas), that’s what I’ve seen some other people do
hybrid build surely can be an option, although im not exactly sure if you have enough skillpoints for it yet, could be but if we talk about pure lightning, then the change you definitely want to do is to start using dark assassin as damage dealer instead of thunder towers 👍 the towers will not be able to provide good enough damage for you anymore at that point, so your main units will be: Dark Lightning Archer | Thor | Zeus and Dark assassin, and their levels likely go in this order as well from highest to lowest. if you can get giant ogre to double proc (cooldown lower than pure wizards) that will be a great source of crowd control for you as well, i believe with your points you can get lightning, physical and summon trees (from summon you want the slinger pierce node, and if you want to start testing gold autobattle, you will need the 10% more monsters node as well, but if you still use fab that can wait)
What will the colony and drag builds look like with lightning build? Currently running physical summon with 32 sp at wave 90k
Main boss damage dealer in dragons will be Dark Lightning Archer, and Zeus will help out and so will Thor, although to lesser extent 👍 dragons will be a bit slower than before, but we got the reduced timer on the chest after dragon, which balances things out quite nicely

Focus on Thunder towers and Thor at your wave level now most, but also keep on upgrading lightning archer and zeus as well. Keep castle leveled up as well, it can be around the same level as your highest units 👍 work on building up your whole castle if you dont have all 12 hero slots yet, thats a huge boost early on, and dont worry if you have mana problems, those are very common in early game but they will get better after a while!

angels would probably achieve more, but chrono increases progression speed which is really important (also increases colony gold speed at the same time) 😊

This is pretty much going to be the meta wave build, at least for early to mid game. Physical can still work but its just much weaker than before thanks to giants being nerfed to the ground 😥 You can keep using your build now im sure, if you struggle, drop down to no devil horn for a while and gather some gold for the lightning units, mainly focus on thor and thunder tower for now, they dont need to be leveled super high for them to be able to do very well for you. Take your time, don't rush, and don't panic. You got this

Is the town lightning cannon a viable option for that build? I have my archers at level 20 and idk if I should start using it or just ignore it
Town Archers should always be a better option to use than the lightning cannons. They dont get boosted from the lightning tree anyway and that extra damage to flying monsters is kinda useless in lightning build where everything is blasting air monsters with increased damage already

hi i put all my egg in one basket in the physical summon build and mat all the items not relevent to my build prior to this update. im at wave 816k and 131 skillpoints. it is really difficult for me to transition to another build as i have absolutely no items for other heroes. i believe my best plan is to continue running my build with the giants on lower devil horn until i find items for lightning heroes for the lightning build, which is obviously going to take forever and then copy the build in this video. do you have any other recommendations?
Heya! 😊 Yeah basically everyone is in this position right now, it's going to take a while for everyone to be able to adjust to new builds after this update. Your plan sounds exactly what I would also recommend, temporarily take it slower and take your time to do the swaps 👍 for your wave level this exact build might not be the most optimal, have you been leveling / using dark assassin yet in your physical build before? Zeus Thor and Lightning Archer will be 3 key heroes even for you, but Thunder Towers are likely not optimal for you anymore so you can skip those and try to focus on Dark Assassin instead. Which would mean you can drop stone and defender from the build and take in Assassin and some crowd control unit, like Giant Ogre or Mech Ram

The latest update simply made lightning the most versatile element to begin with, something that has both good boss damage and good normal monster damage 👍 Physical used to be THE meta build for like 2 years before this update, but it was heavily nerfed (mainly Giants were nerfed) so it simply does not perform as well anymore. Fire and Ice on the other hand just dont get to same level in terms of performance as lightning does atm, but we will have to see if next updates will bring more balance stuff or not. Fire has great normal monster clearance damage atm, but it's lacking boss killers for example

Well, its likely better against normal waves, but still un nerfed physical summon build is stronger than anything we can have right now really

I would advice doing so 👍 take your time to level the units, no need to rush though, your physical build will still likely be able to run just fine thanks to all the extra skillpoints
I have already invested all my gold in giants so what should i do
start working on upgrading thor and thunder tower (if you are below 200k waves), and keep using physical summon for as long as you can before you can do the switch. Can temporarily add giants and sniper instead of dorothy and dark elf in the lightning build also

What is your wave level right now?
Start investing into thor and thunder towers first if you are in early game, getting those two to decent levels will allow you to wave quite easily. Since you already have leveled bowmaster for physical build, she is ready to be used in lightning build, just switch the promotion to dark lightning archer 👍If sniper is leveled already, you can kind of use a hybrid build and keep him in the build for a while, but without physical tree he likely won't do much damage. After you get thor and thunder towers leveled up, start leveling zeus as well. This change will likely take a little bit of your time, so you can stop using devil horn treasure until you have been able to complete the switch.

I’m farming sins and I’m getting a bunch of S grade items. What should I do with them and how do I know if I should use them or mat and who to even put them on
Well, at least cooldown items are always a keeper for multiple units, pure wizard, necromancer, chrono, smith etc. And any critical and lightning damage item will be usable for damage dealers. Also stun and knockback lines are useful to keep. Easiest way to get help with items is through discord i would say, make screenshot of all your items ytou need help with and post it there for easier helping. I'm not sure if it will be a great idea having more than 4-5 dmg dealer I see that you kinda want an ice/lightning type of build I can't seem to think a combinations since ice dmg dealer are TA skele.king Poseidon and Elizabeth you should prioritized lightning heroes more I recommend thor Zeus lightning archer and towers and the test should be support/buff/stuns/knockbacks I'm currently using lightning wizard chain instead of lightning archer since it has higher level

Laku i have just got an L tier item with a cooldown, critical damage and flying damage should i use it for wizard (-10% cooldown) or use it for something else? It has 46% crit damage
you can use it for the cooldown yes 👍 if you got another cooldown for pure wizard, you can temporarily use this on zeus as well, its not a terrible item for him either 👍

It can, but you will eventually drop thunder tower and take in dark assassin, much like you did with sniper in physical summon build 👍 with enough sp lightning poison also becomes an option in late game, but full lightning also works

yeah thats normal, the shield defense numbers are kinda wonky in this game. While they do serve as guidelines, they really lack consistency between different modes 😅

I would recommend taking thunder tower to level 10k and then see for how long it keeps on dealing damage while not leveling it anymore. At that point you can start thinking of putting gold into assassin 👍 Gold autobattle is when you can do it profitable with dh3 (possibly with dh2) and usually this is between 500k-1mil waves depending on your account strength
yo laku yesterday im open 3 mystery box i got 30 crystal from it and then im closed game tyen i come back my 30 crystal is gone can i fix it?
Sounds like a save error, you cannot get them back, but for next time, after you do anything like that or claim any reward, make sure to do manual save and if possible do 1 wave at least to make sure the game saves your progress 😊 that should prevent it happening again in the future!
yo laku why you promote both dark lighting archer and dark elf to have archer trio buff but that buff says "only 1 buff is applied"
It is true if you have both in the build, then 1 buff is wasted, but there is really not reason not to promote both all the way down. If you need urgently use the crystals elsewhere then ofc only 1 is enough :)
why do u use the thunderstorm skill tree even though u dont use the lightning mage
That node also gives thor thunderstorm extra thunders 😊 its only a small boost though since most of his damage comes from chain lightning and not that attack

Dark Crystals are recommended, those are always needed and the amount of gold they bring you is very minimal. ☺️

Normal archers will be better, because they lightning cannons dont get boost from the lightning skilltree nodes, it doesnt affect them sadly

Since the last update, lightning heroes are now better to start with, but both options will work! I would recommend picking the damage dealers from this build (and skilltree), and use all the gold boosting units presented in the starter video

hey i have done 70k waves and using phisical build shoulld i switch to lighting i dont have any items for them and i already have some really good L items for giants and edward and also for dbm
You can stick to physical if you want to, but unless giants get some balancing in future, the build will just be weaker compared to lightning and its variations. Usable, but not nearly as great as before

If you can reach the "archer trio applies to itself" (which you should with those points), then yes you can do that 😊👍
Question, is angel usable in this lightning build?
It's usable, yes, but not really required now really great unit to fit in. Main role of angels is bodyblocking flying enemies and dealing small amount of damage to them. With lightning build this is not really a problem since all lightning units deal so much damage to flying units already. However if you have them leveled and want to use them, i would put them instead of dorothy in here

Bro help i just came back to the game my build was physical and my high hero is giant im having a hard time to adjust to the current meta (30k wave)
I would recommend taking it slowly, do single waves for now without devil horn and start leveling thor first, you can get lightning build running with relatively low levels as long as thor can handle ground monsters. You can also try to use some mix of lightning and physical until you can fully do the shift, likely keep sniper instead of dorothy and maybe giants instead of some other unit (but i doubt they will do much with just lightning skilltree)
Hey, Laku. I've tried this setup... I find it to be a bit MID... I've been a lightning build main for years, now. I didn't find dark lightning Archer to be effective, neither the spear slingers.
My top 9 in analysis are all capable of getting 9 figures worth of damage and it scales all the way down to newbie levels.
