So, I'll say my interpretation : I think this song is about a guy who got mad (I mean, like mentally ill) because of society, but he didn't see the bad things in himself. He trusts nobody, considers them "evil", also because he has some problems with himself. And he doesn't even know who he is and what he wants anymore. He sees the world around him as a dying and a failed world, and then he realised that all the humanity is toxic, and he's not an exception. Then he tries to kill the toxicity in himself by drinking paradichlorobenzene. Also, "paradichlorobenzene" is a metaphor, a reference to pesticides.
Had to listen to your previous cover to hear the difference... personally i prefer this one more because i think the deeper voice sounds nicer, but beyond that i think theres a lot of subtle things that make this one better than the last. I think you just used his power bank last time, right? And it sounds REALLY good, but this one sounds more emotional - definitely because your tuning and everything has improved. And I can definitely hear the difference in the mixing, there's some echoes and such that really seal in the listening experience. I love it, awesome work as always (^^)b
