No point in panicking because it definitely doesn’t help and will only create more chaos in the family. One line, been years that i had actually slept properly because of raising 2 beauties God gifts mostly by myself being their mother. I have odd sleep times, odd meal times and yes comfort food so that they keep my stress levels balanced. But so far been lucky because all my blood tests are normal. That’s all i wish for at this stage and that being said, i am losing reasonable amout of weight and not matter what people or family tell me or think about me. What happens in a day, in my life.. only i know and not them. To keep myself focused, i am not panicking and lost 11 kilos in 2 years. I workout thrice a week.. not every week but whenever i can. Sometimes once a week and sometimes not at all. My question is I live in the UK the coldest part infact, Scotland! Will my Indian vege diet suit this weather here? Because my diet is more tropical and people say it doesn’t adapt to the weather conditions and i have to follow more Western. Please clarify. Thank you!

Food means a plate of roti dals sabzi salad dahi fish chicken....whatever your home diet is in moderation...It certainly doesnt mean 2 scoop full of some powder mixed with milk or water....neither can it give u that level of satisfaction...plus u will get frustrated and binge eat soon

Rabia Gupta you can try to make it at home using unsalted butter. Just heat the unsalted butter for a while you will get a good quality ghee. My sister makes it in the same way there.
