Yea the POV is great, it wasn’t set up for the mirrors, the mirrors were set up so I could see myself, the camera was just above my eyebrows.
Now repeat that for 24h and you're done! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Ah man... My mind was flashing with memories around the track. So sad not being able to walk through the forest and mix with the crowds around the green hell! hopefully next year covid will be over!
Just need to go about 10 seconds quicker. Hopefully everyone will be allowed back later in the year. 🤙🏽

Thanks for sharing ! I'm trying do clean laps in sim racing and this videos helps understand the track and fix all the bloody mistakes i do.
I'm new to driving in general so it's a steep kurve and I suspect that nordschleife is more challenging compared to other tracks. This videos are a must see if you don't have a mentor. Just watched this video 2 times in a row now let's give it a try!

It was just a private test, the bottom of the GP track was already in use.

@@AdamChristo currently the m4 gt3 not sure which is best any recommendations? my race lap time is about 8:08 8:10 and my qualifying time is 8:00 and 8:02 so close to sub 8 just trying to find them extra seconds

Fantastic driving, POV and commentary! Subscribed for more like this. Can you tell me what dampers/springs are used? I see both Bilstein decals and H&R, wondering what’s the H&R setup?

Might be the exposure adjustment with the sun on the dash as it’s the same at the start of the video on the GP lap. Or we might just be hiding 7th gear. 😉
How did you manage to stabilize the helmet camera so well?
For this Video Mercedes-AMG wanted to usa a GoPro, which makes it very smooth, but I normally use the Cambox V4 which I think keeps some of the bumps in which in the end it more realistic.
