If Vader and Palpatine still were like in the main storyline I think it'd be too dangerous considering that it'd just flood mandalore with blockades and bombardments just to kill Obiwan.

Good job. I love how you had most of the Clones arrest the Jedi instead of starting a mutiny and unrealistically disobeying orders. I also want to say that if most/all of the Clones did get their chips out, they still would wound up following Clones like Crosshair, Bacara, and other Clone Officers who would have remained loyal to the Empire at least at first. Chip explanation aside, Clones underwent a heavy amount of conditioning that made them loyal to the Republic and the Chancellor. It's kind of a blend of The Clone Wars' bio-chips and the Old Canon explanation that troopers were brainwashed to the point of following the order. The Clone Battalions and Units suffer heavy casualties due to how often Jedi are on the front, and this means all Units often get a high level of new replacements, "shinies," who are easily more loyal to the Chancellor than their generals. Additionally, the Jedi were not that good of Generals and Commanders. They wouldn't have had that camaraderie or relationship built up.
What if the Rebels destroyed the Death Star in an new hope before the Death Star destroyed the planet of Alderaan
Or what if the rebels destroyed the Death Star in rogue one
Next time make what if Anakin Skywalker reach his full potential What if Anakin stayed on mortis? like the father said to keep an eye on his children, and fulfill the prophecy of the chosen, one, becoming the most powerful force shooter ever of all time in history, but still be with padme. Same with the other one.
What if Tenebrae/Vitiate/Valkorion was resurrected in the original trilogy????

Anakin doubted himself alot...he was not that confident especially after he lost to Dooku Anakin is always in a way trying to prove himself because he feels its never enough wich eventually leads to his fall.

Wait so Anakin and Obi wan leave for Coruscant because Palpatine is captured. So if Grievous fails to capture Palpatine then Anakin and Obi wan will join ahsoka.
I like this. Most what if stories ends up with either Palpatine winning or Palpatine dead and peace reigning. This ended like a cliff hanger.
I have no idea why they needed two specific Jedi to save the chancellor when they had the whole @ss Jedi council there. Just send mace up there and problem solved. Send Yoda and problem over solved.
