There was once a YT channel made by a business owner in a bad part of a city (don't remember where) similar to this. He set up cameras in order to record similar behavior around his building, and when the city didn't respond he then set up water sprayers he could turn on and off remotely to hose down those areas. The videos got way funnier after that. Seems like a similar system would be very effective during a Minnesota winter.

Maybe it’s because I’m not a city girl because there is no way I would stay in that hellhole ! I’m just not willing to sacrifice my peaceful life, my children’s safety and my property.
I get the feeling of not wanting to run from a problem but when you are standing on a sink hole you better get off because you can’t fix it and the government isn’t going to help you !
I live in rural Minnesota with wonderful communities, churches and schools, CLEAN lakes, no pay parking, safe bike trails, snowmobile trails, ski trails, 4wheeler trails, hiking trails, the only gun shots heard are at deer hunting and the only people peeing in my yard were my kids when they were little !!!!
I can’t imagine raising kids and them not being able to play in the yard or build a snowman without having pee in it !!!!
My daughter spent 12 years in Minneapolis and swore she would never move back up here, well her and her fiancé bought a hobby farm and they couldn’t be happier! He had lived in Minneapolis his whole life (36 years) and he can’t believe how great it is to be out of the cities. Two of their good friends followed, now his brother, his aunt and his mom and dad are moving up !!! Oh and one of the friends mom also. Change is hard and sometimes, you just don’t know what ya don’t know 😏
The freedom of being safe in my yard, my “neighborhood” and my town is the best life ever !
Best of luck but all I can say is keep voting democrat and watch life collapse 🙁

I would ask you to look into the Holodomor, the Great Starvation in East Europe whereby the Bolshevik Communists eventually made their way to the peasants and deplorable ( like Us average folks) in the countryside. They had guns they stole all the food . . . Communal food for the state not for the farmers. They killed any that resisted even those who didn’t resist. I won’t go into horrible detail here too gruesome. Please watch the documentary Europa The Last Battle, 11 hours of real history in Europe over the last century. Running away doesn’t work forever at some point we have to draw a line that can’t be passed. . . Are you aware of the recent baby killing legislative by these criminals???

I moved to rural TN from South Minneapolis less than a year before the riot. Lived 2 blocks from 'George Floyd Square'...
      Best decision we ever made.
Edit: I do think it's kinda funny that you cite the lack of gunfire as one of the bonuses of rural living. My experience has been... a little different. Guess that's what I get for moving to Tennessee

I understand exactly how she feels! I fought the city of Mankato for my mother some years ago with a house next door. Similar things were going on, including threats, and repeated name calling and drug use and sales. This went on for a couple of years, the city only brought charges against her when my family threatened to sue the city over their failure to stop a Disorderly House charge. And during talking to the assistant city attorney, I learned she was a confidential informant for the police. I had surmised that that was the case, so I asked her how long has said the individual been a confidential informant. The look on her face gave me the answer. The light rail Corredor’s are nothing but a line of crime.

This is happening every where, this is just not an issue in Minnesota. How do we get people to care about thy neighbor, or even the law to be enforced or followed. One of the biggest reasons for the fall of Roman civilization was no one cared to take care of their road system to their way of life and everything went the way it is going today.. if we lucky we may get another 25 years, but my guess it will happen sooner then later. Nina doesn’t have to attack us all they need to do is wait.
