@@Dabridge4009 yeah, the last one, unfortunately. When musicians from years ago pass, it’s like a bit of my youth goes too, but we don’t live forever…it just jolts you a little. 😪
This was all over that radio back then. #1 in the U.S.! Levi Stubbs didn't like the way he had to sing it, but he did it anyway. Later, he changed his mind (lol). On a sadder note, we just lost the last, remaining, original Top, Duke Fakir, just last month at age 88.
Don't be afraid to go back to the Doo Wop era, 1950's. especially groups like the Spaniels, Dells, Moonglows, Clovers and the Drifters with clyde Mcphatter. Doo Wop, where the voice were the instruments.
@@hassanshakir6933 ok...I hear you, and noted ...I did the drifters "up on the roof"....that's actually my best performing video....I was surprised considering I have reactions with Smokey, Aretha, Martha and the Vandellas, Marvelettes etc....Good lookin....I just did the Flamingos too 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bernadette, That’s the Way Nature Planned It, Ask The Lonely, Still Water, Ain’t No Woman, Like The One I Got, Shake me, Wake me, etc. These songs are classics.

Actually Brotha D There are artists & record labels that are recording music that is very reminiscent of 60s/70s soul/ funk music, and some of it is pretty damn good. Not only that but for the most part it is being issued on vinyl. Happily we soul music fanatics and vinyl junkie can get our fix 😁 Here is just a small sample of some of the artist & lables Sharon Jones(R.I.P) and the dap-tones, Ben pirani, Altons,Miriah Avila,Thee Sinseers, Thee Lakesides,Broken hearts And a few lables Big crown, DapTone,Colemine,Penrose, Kimberlite records ✌️
