Depression is a disease to be considered by the people surriunding you ??? Is it so?? What if a person doesn't have any one to talk ?? What if a normal individual is depeessed but cannot communicate as there is no one to hear him/her ..... how can the person help itself in its sanity ...... You were the luckiest one Affan to have friends n family around you ... may be because of your profile ... because in most conditions generally with average accounted people they r left alone .... by their friends n family ..... even their k8ds leave them alone to stray on roads ....... its easy to say that go see a doctor no matter what .... but who will acknowledge the person ........Affan... You said from the book siddharta that a species survives if its individuals r cared by another individuals........... so isn't it better to commit self death when you r not needed by anyone rather than destructing n being a burden to others ........ books supplify that live for yourself n love yourself...... Is that possible ??? I understand solitude is better than loneliness... but solitude exists for a small time interval in a day ... it doesnot prolong for days n weeks n months ....... or is the viceversa true
