Thank you for welcoming me NHSN! I did make an error during the talk that I must correct. For some reason I stated that Beavers do not have a preference for Aspen, when in fact they LOVE it, and there’s a fascinating synergy between the two species. I had meant to say ‘Alder’, which beavers will also eat, however Willow and Aspen tend to be preferred when available. Excellent to see so much interest in Beavers on the night! - Heather
