They are actually right - squating when going to toilet is better for your stomach and bowels. Using a normal sitting toilet increases the chance of bowels cancer and blockage. If you are using a normal sitting toilet - use a stool to put your feet on, so they are not to low on the ground.

Factually, it is literally a huge river of human shit, all household waste, deceased, decomposing human corpses (that haven often been part-cremated) and decomposing, sacrificed animals, mainly cows.
