My top five! Remember, these guys are only my opinion. You got yours, I got mine. _Plants_ #5 Regular Peashooter. This guy is my trusty friend, mostly because he has the perfect balance of damage, splash damage, area, health, and so much more. If you keep playing him, you will get him to Master. The reason I ranked him so low is because if you go into battle, some very smart people will know that it’s a peashooter, and he will throw a bean bomb, and aim for you. So you can use this guy mainly for rooftops. #4 Vampire Flower. Wasn’t this girl a good one for a spin? She is mostly my favorite because she has very good damage. But sadly, she does have lower health. But the regaining health by taking shot after shot after shot on your enemy can be worth it. I usually think this character is very stealthy because you can steal health but hide from an area by a zombie. 3# Iron Citron. I never had this character, but I had to play from a mode. This character was SO op. When you got that reload upgrade like everyone says, (I watch from gameplay) he will be a very good character. He will shoot as slow as Dr. Toxic, but does MASSIVE damage. When in Iron Mode, he can go kill a whole party of enemies by his very fast shots of his gun. #2 Yeti Chomper. This was a BIG game changer to me, because it’s the fact that shocks you that Chompers are close range, but he can shoot far! I love how you can freeze your enemies and finish them off with a gulp. #1 Ice Peashooter. This guy is *simply delicious* when it comes to Herbal Assault. It’s just the fact he can freeze SO fast within like 4 Ice Pea Cannon shots. His splash damage is good, his damage is good, his headshot is good, and a tactic for this character is that when you shoot everyone in the Zombie Circle for their Graveyard at least two times, you can use Hyper, jump in there, and throw your bean at them and clear the way for your friends. *Zombies* #5 Mechanic. This guy is very good when it comes to killing, saving friends, and destroying Garlic Drones to protect your Teleporter. Though he has slightly less damage, he can shoot MANY bullets at once to kill your enemies. #4 Paleontologist. This scientist is very good when it comes to healing, protecting, and very good for making the Plant’s circle clear by using fire. A very good tactic me and my friend used is that, he played as a foot soldier and I played as Paleontologist and heal beamed him, and every shot he took, he would be healed within time. So, they would have to kill me in order to kill him, so for a fact, this character is VERY good for protecting teammates. #3 Football Star. This guy is very good when it comes to eliminating enemies. For his health, he has 200 health which is very good for coming in for attacks. His gun is very powerful when you know how to land your shots, and his critical hits are even better. His Super Tackle is good for getting out of the way of Plant gunfire, or attacking enemies and clearing circles in Gardens and Graveyards. His Dummie Shield is good for protecting himself and his friends. His Imp Punt is VERY effective, knowing it can just one shot his enemies. He’s the perfect guy if your sort of a “tank” type of player. #2 Lil’ Drake. This guy is SO good when it comes to getting some kills and helping. If your a player who rushes in the battle, going all warrior, he’s all yours. His gun is VERY amazing when you try to kill your enemies when your just jumping around your enemy confusing them. When there’s a plant behind a wall, what I always do is get at least one shot on them, and the fire damage marks will tell me where that player is, so if they run, I can know their EXACT location for an amount of time. Kinda like Scuba Soldier. If you throw a gravity grenade and get a bunch of plants in it, then go under them, and go ahead and fire away. Just make sure you don’t die. #1 Arctic Trooper. Yep, I’m a ice type of player. This guy is VERY good when freezing enemies because he can freeze enemies SO fast. His damage is wonderful, his ZPG when you freeze an enemy is just beautiful in damage and hysterical. If you know how to plan strategies for different maps, then this guy is exactly for you. Use your stink bomb, and shoot your gun left and right in the stink, like a shotgun so you can deal damage, slow your enemies down, and blind them. The perfect three things to torture a plant. Sounds a lot better than most of the challenges. The "Juggernaut" could be an infinite-fuel, powered-up Z-Mech for fighting Plants, and a powered-up Iron Citron forever on Iron Mode for fighting Zombies. Fr. I used to play on PS4 abs today I decided to buy it on my pc but I didn’t know which version to play at first but after doing research on bfn gw2 is definitely way better. And it was only $10 for the deluxe lol
For Super Brainz punch issue, it actually does punch and deal damage. It's only that it doesn't appear in your screen that he is punching. So yeah, always keep punching in the FACE.

Here is my list of Top 5 Plants and Top 5 Zombies (keep in mind this is from MY personal experiences) Plants #5: Pops Corn - Yep, probably the most underused Corn is on my list. This guy is quite literally a Super Commando with Corn abilities AND better zoom. Need I say any more? #4: Druid Rose - Druid Rose can deal toxic damage, which allows you to camp as far as the Homing Upgrade allows you to, and just look in your target’s general direction and fire away. The toxic deals lots of damage on top of the auto-fire missiles. #3: Vampire Flower - Pretty much the only flower who can use The Portable Aimbot (Dark Flower) viably. Vampire Flower recovers health by shooting, and the only real downside with the Vampire Flower is the low health. Good risk reward character. #2: Party Citron - This guy is my favorite Citron. He is Reg. Citron... but better in so many ways (well really just in one really good way). Party Time allows Party Citron to move so fast that you can just waste it so you can get away in your Ball instead of fighting like a man. #1: Electro Pea - The king of cheese. The splash specialist. The arc master. It is. THE E PEA. This guy allows you to bunny hop with Hyper while spamming R2 and your target is just dead at that point... Should I say anything else? NO. Zombies #5: Super Commando - This guy allows you to camp miles away and do lots and lots of long range shooting. Especially good in Turf because you can ZPG the base, then throw a stink cloud in the base, then Rocket Leap onto a roof to get the high ground. #4: Party Imp - The redeeming quality with this imp is that he has the Reg Z-Mech, which is the undisputed BEST MECH. That’s really it though. I mean, he’s an imp! So he has a tiny little hit box, and he’s buckets of fun to deal with when he’s hopping all over the place (especially when he is in Party Time). #3: Paleontologist - This fire specialist knows his stuff. He’s good for close and medium range combat, and when in doubt, use your Heal Station/Heal Bomb. The fire also helps too. #2: Goalie Star - This guy is the ICE variant of All-Stars, yet he can shoot for SIX SECONDS before having to overheat for the same amount of time as Reg. All Star. Busted? I think RIGHTFULLY SO! #1: Toxic Brainz - C’mon, you all know this guy was gonna be here.
My top five is quite different, including many more plants! 5- Toxic Brainz Once maxed out, he's a very powerful guy! I honestly love using him for boss hunts, he's a very valuable member to a team. Not only is he powerful, but the extra toxic damage helps massively on multiplayer. 4- Scuba soldier His sonar shot? Amazing. It deals so much damage, and it can really come by surprise if you're on the plant team! I love using the radar to see all the plants, it honestly makes it so much easier to sneak around and come in with the zpg and sonar shots. He's honestly very fun to play as, definitely worth maxing out! 3- fire pea Nobody really puts this guy on their lists, but I honestly loved playing as them. The extra fire damage is great, even better when mixed with the hyper to get critical vanquishes. It takes a bit of practice, but once you find your strategy the Fire Pea is unstoppable! They're very underrated and deserve more credit for their power. 2- Zoologist The zoologist was the second character I ever maxed out. They remind me very much of the scuba soldier, dealing maybe 30 damage per hit when maxed. However, the bonus is having many more hits than the scuba solider, making them higher on my list! The only downside is that they do NOT work long ranged, and can only hit close up. My favorite thing to do is teleport into a group of plants and just open fire. It's so easy to clear out a group just like so! Damage upgrade, ammo upgrade and speed upgrade is a deadly combo for this guy, and is definitely worth trying out. 1- Hot rod chomper Chompers have always been my favorite character. I've always been great with them. The thing with chompers is that you have to know how to use them. There's a lot of strategy behind them, so it'll take a while to start getting those kills. I've been using chompers since the first game came out, and I've been using them since. By far, this chomper was the most effective and the most powerful. Mine has digestion upgrade twice and speed upgrade. This makes the chomper even faster than before, and makes digesting a zombie a whopping 2 seconds. That means as a hot rod chomper, you can eat, digest, speed, goop, repeat. It's an infinite cycle where you're too fast to catch. It's honestly crazy, and an absolute monster to encounter via multiplayer. That was my top five! Your top five honestly just depends on your skills, just as mine follows mine. I don't get it, am I the only electro-citron main here?? He is my favourite character and I always do insanely well with him. I have to say, but he is an underrated character
I love electro citron. He is the best citron for camping from the roof. He is insanely op for me. I dont even use his full charged shot sometimes because mid charged shot is a little bit quicker but the splash makes him the most overpowered tank character at any range. Maybe he isnt that strong like electro pea but still kinda broken. After nerf he reqires some skill which means choosing good spots for camping. Now you really should avoid extremely close range with electro citron. Iron citron is trash for close-mid range only. Electro citron is insane on ANY RANGE
My Top 5: 5. Vampire Flower I am really in love with this Sunflower. Despite its low health, the damage it can do is absolutely ridiculous. When I unlocked this character and started playing as it, I was like "Shoot, I only have 75 health, I'm gonna die (I obviously did not read the character description)." That was until I realized it can heal itself. Once I realized it, I could not stop playing as it, and I got it to master rank in the span of 2 days. This is certainly my favorite Sunflower. 4. Electro Peashooter This peashooter is ridiculously powerful whether you have its upgrades or not. I am usually not a big fan of the characters that have the double trigger weapons (mainly because you really need to have good timing is such a fast paced game), but knowing the amount of damage it can do, plus its chain reaction, it can be an insane character. I suggest using this character in any gamemode. 3. Captain Sharkbite For some reason, when I use this character, it shows that its Shark Laser can do 17-20 damage, but it feels like i am dealing 40 damage per shot. The main reason I like this character is the fact that I can actually kill Pea Gatlings and Sunbeams very easily. I honestly think this character is very underrated, and does great amounts of damage. since I mainly play turf takeover most of the time, Deadbeard characters are very useful. 2. Mob Cob The Mob Cob is without a doubt, my favorite plant in the game. His corn crusher is very powerful, and I just constantly keep getting vanquishes with him. When you combine his weapon with his abilities, he is certainly a deadly force to deal with. One fun fact about hims is that this is actually the very first character i got to master rank. 1. Marine Biologist I am very sure this is most people's favorite character. Whenever I want to be one of the scientists, I would definitely go to him (Every once in a while, I would use the Chemist or Astronaut). The main reason he is my favorite character in the game is because of his ability to take down hoards of plants, no matter how many there are. There was one time, I accidentally warped into a giant hoard of about 6-7 plants, and I knew I was going to die, but it turned out I literally obliterated a lot of them (Some of them just ran away). His Dolphin Blaster is literally the deadliest weapon in this entire game in my opinion, and I enjoy playing as him all the time.
My Top 5 are Toxic pea, mainly because of its high damage and effect Captain flameface (zombies) mainly because he looks cool and the extra fire damage Shadow flower, the dark one with the bandana because it looks so cool Future cactus is really good aswell because of the lazers it shoots And my 1 pick is commando corn

I normally win against the imp with the chomper. I dont have them all, but so far starting with least favorite I would say; 5. Citron: this is honestly a guess a specific one of course however I didnt unlock much really. Very good for crowd control. 4. Bbq corn: strong, fast shooting very offensive but lowish health. 3. Iron chomper: deals heavy damage, great for straight eating medium level zombies/ pirates n such. If they're annoying you to much. Also slows enemies. And breaks armor n weapons quickly. "Slow+quick bites ftw" 2. Plasma pea: you can go anywhere to avoid being attacked ,and hes like one of the fastest character besides the citron.(teleporting dont count btw -_-) With intense splash damage I really like using this one. 1. Vampire flower: Besides the yeti, This flower can beat anything 1 on 1 if your accurate enough. Just My opinion,( like I said I haven't gotten close to having everyone but I do have a good bit) honestly it's always a fight choosing between my top 3.

Does anybody know what's happening to me in gw2 So I recently bought the in-app purchase which gives you the Z-7 imp and because it's gun can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, I tried it out and after 2 bullets it would stop even though I'm still clicking the shoot button very fast, any ideas? (I play on PS4)

My list Zombies 5: marine biologist Just a great time melts low Heath characters fun time my go to for support characters 4: shrimp For all the fun times of trolling chompers with gravity grenades and also a smaller spread for longer ranged combat 3:tank commander Who doesn't love this character it's a fun time to just destroy sun flowers and pea shooters with relative ease While the needs hit him hard he's still fun to play 2: cricket star Fun to play in general with fire damage and such a high fire rate you melt lighter classes like a popsicle in the Sahara dessert and destroy tanks just as well. All you have to do is get used to the drop of the bullets and it's practically mindless 1: foot soldier This is the best starting character of all it hard to explain the feeling of just melting a pea shooters or just completely obliterating citrons with you zpg but the characters gun just melts especially when you get a ammo upgrade and a damage upgrade Plants 5: fire flower Just a great time with fire damage and full auto just make sure your near a teammate cause you die real fast 4: kernel corn Fun to play you can probably guess why I like this character 3: agent pea A great time a lot of fun and rewards you for having great accuracy unlike most pea shooters 2: vampire flower You thought this was going to be in first place huh well no but this character is fun to play it rewards you with self heals if you can kill your enemy's 1: law pea Agent pea on steroids you have a lot less bullets but you also do a ton more damage but other than that it is basically just like agent pea But this is just my opinion feel free to attack me bye
#5 BBQ Corn : This charatar used to be the only character i played as, but now I play as others, the fire damage is great, but I don’t like the low ammo #4 Camo Ranger: This character I played as this charter in a mystery portal, and got him to level 5 without having him. #3: Nec’Rose: I unlocked this character two or three weeks ago, and I love how spammy you can be when you can press the trigger really fast. #2: Electro Pea: This chartar is great because of the high damage and the ability to detonate the shot, and the really high damage on critical. #1: Scallywag Imp: I recently got this charatar from the festive upgrade and I love this character because of how fast you can get into Yohoho mode. I also love the really high damage, the imp being my favorite class in the game. The mech is great, and a little op. I was playing as citron, and I was taken out in two hits from the cluster cannons. This would have been the pylon imp if I didn’t get the festive upgrade
( In my opinion ) The Sanitation Expert is quite good , The splash damage is quite nice with direct hots also being quite good ! Oh , also the toxic damage although not THAT high , can also pack quite a punch with direct/splash hits . The Sanitation Expert , is AMAZING against crowds , as I said earlier The splash , Direct and toxic damage is quite good , so I commonly Destroy groups or just single people . Overall , I think this character is quite Underrated , anyways who also plays as him ?

My top 6 are: 6)Artic trooper: Basically a foot soldier with a freeze effect and he also has the same ammo as him! He does 2 less damage though 5) Toxic Pea:Good splash, Good direct damage AND toxic effect?! Beat Peashooter imo 4) Paleontologist:Design wise is good and he does 41 dmg WITH 12 ammo pretty underrated imo 3)Cricket star:Suprise to many that the most hated one is my favourite, does 1 less DMG than base all star but qith fire effect and hes absolutely phenomenal in turf 2)Hot rod chomper: I'm a chomper dude and this guy stood out, if you play well, hes basically anti suicide chomper (you wont become a suicide chomper) 1) Stuffy flower: W design, good damage, fast fire rate AND heal upon a vanquish? Pretty good if you ask me

My top 5 plants and zombies For plants 5: BBQ corn: I enjoy playing as him, his fire damage is what makes him good, and his rapid fire weapon, shoots fast and reloads quickly 4: Nec Rose: I enjoy playing as hold to charge characters and when you release the trigger it stuns the enemy looking jinxed 3: Plasma pea: Like I said about Nec Rose this guy is op it has a huge splash damage radius and it can probably destroy a mech in 2 hits 2: Iron Citron: When he is first unlocked he may look terrible but in Iron Mode he is great against dealing mechs 1: Stuffy Flower: she is totally better than the vampire flower because whenever she vanquish a zombie sun explodes making it a lot easier to recover your team For Zombies 5: Moto x Star: My favourite all star variant, this guy is powerful if you hit a plant enough times the plant gets covered in dirt making it hard to use their abilities on you 4: Toxic Brainz: I may not enjoy playing as Super Brainz but toxic brains ohh the plants will think twice going near you 3: General Supremo: This guy brings the big guns altough he can’t fire when he does a rocket jump but this guy has infinite ammo 2: Pylon Imp: It’s pretty much the cone machine in pvz 2 for the far future, and can actually plant 4 cone mines best to defend the objective 1: Palaeontologist: One of my favourite scientists, this guy is hot hot hot, he is even more op with the fire upgrade, he is unstoppable That’s my list for both plants and zombies feel free to agree or disagree in my opinion and reply on what is your list for the pvz gw2 characters

This is a very reasonable Top 5. I also prefer Zombies a lot more than Plants. I won’t say my Top 5 because I haven’t gotten all the characters yet and I feel like I’m going to really like the Computer Scientist that I’ve been trying to get for like the past ten months.
Chompers suck they aren't OP they are gimicky, they are annoying, but they aren't very good. They are probably the weakest class if you are playing soil survivers and Its a 1v1 you are a chomper and it is a scuba soldier on a house what are you supposed to do. You can goop them but that wont do much. Chomp cannon hits good damage but you only get one shot and it is very predictable, i personally have never been killed by a chomp cannon . And yeti chomper's shots suck at practically everything, they move too slow, do okay damage and it's post drag recoil is too high. The only thing good about it is that his projectile has splash. Scientists and roses are much better
Commando pea main here. He is a rapid shooting character with 30 bullets that have the equivalent that can 1 bullet=I pea canon. He is AWESOME at destroying fat bosses ESPECIALLY GARAGANTUARS. I got this dude a specialist in one hour and yeah he's great
This is my top 5 characters.(Best of them are at the top) Keep in mind the only legendary characters I have are Captain Partyman, and Disco Chomper. 1. Petrified Cactus 2. Kernel Corn 3. Captain Cannon 4. Cosmic Brainz(Another underrated character) 5. Alien Flower
top 5 1. captain cannon (basically not having to come close to anybody at all just means that in team vanquish or turf you never have to put any effort at all apart from manual detonation) 2. toxic brainz (the overload is pretty much it) 3. electro pea ( easily most annoying character in game also best plant way to many players who play this character) 4. z7 imp (slightly overrated because it is countered by electro pea and neck rose but other than that one of the best) 5. iron citron (a lot of people just buy it because they hear it's good but then are just completely trash at it)

A very good tactic me and my friend used is that, he played as a foot soldier and I played as Paleontologist and heal beamed him, and every shot he took, he would be healed within time. So, they would have to kill me in order to kill him, so for a fact, this character is VERY good for protecting teammates.
#3 Football Star. This guy is very good when it comes to eliminating enemies. For his health, he has 200 health which is very good for coming in for attacks. His gun is very powerful when you know how to land your shots, and his critical hits are even better. His Super Tackle is good for getting out of the way of Plant gunfire, or attacking enemies and clearing circles in Gardens and Graveyards. His Dummie Shield is good for protecting himself and his friends. His Imp Punt is VERY effective, knowing it can just one shot his enemies. He’s the perfect guy if your sort of a “tank” type of player.
#2 Lil’ Drake. This guy is SO good when it comes to getting some kills and helping. If your a player who rushes in the battle, going all warrior, he’s all yours. His gun is VERY amazing when you try to kill your enemies when your just jumping around your enemy confusing them. When there’s a plant behind a wall, what I always do is get at least one shot on them, and the fire damage marks will tell me where that player is, so if they run, I can know their EXACT location for an amount of time. Kinda like Scuba Soldier. If you throw a gravity grenade and get a bunch of plants in it, then go under them, and go ahead and fire away. Just make sure you don’t die.
#1 Arctic Trooper. Yep, I’m a ice type of player. This guy is VERY good when freezing enemies because he can freeze enemies SO fast. His damage is wonderful, his ZPG when you freeze an enemy is just beautiful in damage and hysterical. If you know how to plan strategies for different maps, then this guy is exactly for you. Use your stink bomb, and shoot your gun left and right in the stink, like a shotgun so you can deal damage, slow your enemies down, and blind them. The perfect three things to torture a plant.

Sounds a lot better than most of the challenges. The "Juggernaut" could be an infinite-fuel, powered-up Z-Mech for fighting Plants, and a powered-up Iron Citron forever on Iron Mode for fighting Zombies. (Sorry if that strays from your original idea)

For Super Brainz punch issue, it actually does punch and deal damage. It's only that it doesn't appear in your screen that he is punching. So yeah, always keep punching in the FACE.

Here is my list of Top 5 Plants and Top 5 Zombies (keep in mind this is from MY personal experiences)
Plants
#5: Pops Corn - Yep, probably the most underused Corn is on my list. This guy is quite literally a Super Commando with Corn abilities AND better zoom. Need I say any more?
#4: Druid Rose - Druid Rose can deal toxic damage, which allows you to camp as far as the Homing Upgrade allows you to, and just look in your target’s general direction and fire away. The toxic deals lots of damage on top of the auto-fire missiles.
#3: Vampire Flower - Pretty much the only flower who can use The Portable Aimbot (Dark Flower) viably. Vampire Flower recovers health by shooting, and the only real downside with the Vampire Flower is the low health. Good risk reward character.
#2: Party Citron - This guy is my favorite Citron. He is Reg. Citron... but better in so many ways (well really just in one really good way). Party Time allows Party Citron to move so fast that you can just waste it so you can get away in your Ball instead of fighting like a man.
#1: Electro Pea - The king of cheese. The splash specialist. The arc master. It is. THE E PEA. This guy allows you to bunny hop with Hyper while spamming R2 and your target is just dead at that point... Should I say anything else? NO.
Zombies
#5: Super Commando - This guy allows you to camp miles away and do lots and lots of long range shooting. Especially good in Turf because you can ZPG the base, then throw a stink cloud in the base, then Rocket Leap onto a roof to get the high ground.
#4: Party Imp - The redeeming quality with this imp is that he has the Reg Z-Mech, which is the undisputed BEST MECH. That’s really it though. I mean, he’s an imp! So he has a tiny little hit box, and he’s buckets of fun to deal with when he’s hopping all over the place (especially when he is in Party Time).
#3: Paleontologist - This fire specialist knows his stuff. He’s good for close and medium range combat, and when in doubt, use your Heal Station/Heal Bomb. The fire also helps too.
#2: Goalie Star - This guy is the ICE variant of All-Stars, yet he can shoot for SIX SECONDS before having to overheat for the same amount of time as Reg. All Star. Busted? I think RIGHTFULLY SO!
#1: Toxic Brainz - C’mon, you all know this guy was gonna be here.
My top five is quite different, including many more plants!
5- Toxic Brainz
Once maxed out, he's a very powerful guy! I honestly love using him for boss hunts, he's a very valuable member to a team. Not only is he powerful, but the extra toxic damage helps massively on multiplayer.
4- Scuba soldier
His sonar shot? Amazing. It deals so much damage, and it can really come by surprise if you're on the plant team! I love using the radar to see all the plants, it honestly makes it so much easier to sneak around and come in with the zpg and sonar shots. He's honestly very fun to play as, definitely worth maxing out!
3- fire pea
Nobody really puts this guy on their lists, but I honestly loved playing as them. The extra fire damage is great, even better when mixed with the hyper to get critical vanquishes. It takes a bit of practice, but once you find your strategy the Fire Pea is unstoppable! They're very underrated and deserve more credit for their power.
2- Zoologist
The zoologist was the second character I ever maxed out. They remind me very much of the scuba soldier, dealing maybe 30 damage per hit when maxed. However, the bonus is having many more hits than the scuba solider, making them higher on my list! The only downside is that they do NOT work long ranged, and can only hit close up. My favorite thing to do is teleport into a group of plants and just open fire. It's so easy to clear out a group just like so! Damage upgrade, ammo upgrade and speed upgrade is a deadly combo for this guy, and is definitely worth trying out.
1- Hot rod chomper
Chompers have always been my favorite character. I've always been great with them. The thing with chompers is that you have to know how to use them. There's a lot of strategy behind them, so it'll take a while to start getting those kills. I've been using chompers since the first game came out, and I've been using them since. By far, this chomper was the most effective and the most powerful. Mine has digestion upgrade twice and speed upgrade. This makes the chomper even faster than before, and makes digesting a zombie a whopping 2 seconds. That means as a hot rod chomper, you can eat, digest, speed, goop, repeat. It's an infinite cycle where you're too fast to catch. It's honestly crazy, and an absolute monster to encounter via multiplayer.

I love electro citron. He is the best citron for camping from the roof. He is insanely op for me. I dont even use his full charged shot sometimes because mid charged shot is a little bit quicker but the splash makes him the most overpowered tank character at any range. Maybe he isnt that strong like electro pea but still kinda broken. After nerf he reqires some skill which means choosing good spots for camping. Now you really should avoid extremely close range with electro citron. Iron citron is trash for close-mid range only. Electro citron is insane on ANY RANGE

5. Vampire Flower
I am really in love with this Sunflower. Despite its low health, the damage it can do is absolutely ridiculous. When I unlocked this character and started playing as it, I was like "Shoot, I only have 75 health, I'm gonna die (I obviously did not read the character description)." That was until I realized it can heal itself. Once I realized it, I could not stop playing as it, and I got it to master rank in the span of 2 days. This is certainly my favorite Sunflower.
4. Electro Peashooter
This peashooter is ridiculously powerful whether you have its upgrades or not. I am usually not a big fan of the characters that have the double trigger weapons (mainly because you really need to have good timing is such a fast paced game), but knowing the amount of damage it can do, plus its chain reaction, it can be an insane character. I suggest using this character in any gamemode.
3. Captain Sharkbite
For some reason, when I use this character, it shows that its Shark Laser can do 17-20 damage, but it feels like i am dealing 40 damage per shot. The main reason I like this character is the fact that I can actually kill Pea Gatlings and Sunbeams very easily. I honestly think this character is very underrated, and does great amounts of damage. since I mainly play turf takeover most of the time, Deadbeard characters are very useful.
2. Mob Cob
The Mob Cob is without a doubt, my favorite plant in the game. His corn crusher is very powerful, and I just constantly keep getting vanquishes with him. When you combine his weapon with his abilities, he is certainly a deadly force to deal with. One fun fact about hims is that this is actually the very first character i got to master rank.
1. Marine Biologist
I am very sure this is most people's favorite character. Whenever I want to be one of the scientists, I would definitely go to him (Every once in a while, I would use the Chemist or Astronaut). The main reason he is my favorite character in the game is because of his ability to take down hoards of plants, no matter how many there are. There was one time, I accidentally warped into a giant hoard of about 6-7 plants, and I knew I was going to die, but it turned out I literally obliterated a lot of them (Some of them just ran away). His Dolphin Blaster is literally the deadliest weapon in this entire game in my opinion, and I enjoy playing as him all the time.
My Top 5 are
Toxic pea, mainly because of its high damage and effect
Captain flameface (zombies) mainly because he looks cool and the extra fire damage
Shadow flower, the dark one with the bandana because it looks so cool
Future cactus is really good aswell because of the lazers it shoots
And my 1 pick is commando corn

I normally win against the imp with the chomper. I dont have them all, but so far starting with least favorite I would say;
5. Citron: this is honestly a guess a specific one of course however I didnt unlock much really. Very good for crowd control.
4. Bbq corn: strong, fast shooting very offensive but lowish health.
3. Iron chomper: deals heavy damage, great for straight eating medium level zombies/ pirates n such. If they're annoying you to much. Also slows enemies. And breaks armor n weapons quickly. "Slow+quick bites ftw"
2. Plasma pea: you can go anywhere to avoid being attacked ,and hes like one of the fastest character besides the citron.(teleporting dont count btw -_-) With intense splash damage I really like using this one.
1. Vampire flower: Besides the yeti, This flower can beat anything 1 on 1 if your accurate enough. Just My opinion,( like I said I haven't gotten close to having everyone but I do have a good bit) honestly it's always a fight choosing between my top 3.

So I recently bought the in-app purchase which gives you the Z-7 imp and because it's gun can shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, I tried it out and after 2 bullets it would stop even though I'm still clicking the shoot button very fast, any ideas? (I play on PS4)

Fun to play in general with fire damage and such a high fire rate you melt lighter classes like a popsicle in the Sahara dessert and destroy tanks just as well. All you have to do is get used to the drop of the bullets and it's practically mindless

This is the best starting character of all it hard to explain the feeling of just melting a pea shooters or just completely obliterating citrons with you zpg but the characters gun just melts especially when you get a ammo upgrade and a damage upgrade

#5 BBQ Corn : This charatar used to be the only character i played as, but now I play as others, the fire damage is great, but I don’t like the low ammo #4 Camo Ranger: This character I played as this charter in a mystery portal, and got him to level 5 without having him. #3: Nec’Rose: I unlocked this character two or three weeks ago, and I love how spammy you can be when you can press the trigger really fast. #2: Electro Pea: This chartar is great because of the high damage and the ability to detonate the shot, and the really high damage on critical. #1: Scallywag Imp: I recently got this charatar from the festive upgrade and I love this character because of how fast you can get into Yohoho mode. I also love the really high damage, the imp being my favorite class in the game. The mech is great, and a little op. I was playing as citron, and I was taken out in two hits from the cluster cannons. This would have been the pylon imp if I didn’t get the festive upgrade

( In my opinion ) The Sanitation Expert is quite good , The splash damage is quite nice with direct hots also being quite good ! Oh , also the toxic damage although not THAT high , can also pack quite a punch with direct/splash hits . The Sanitation Expert , is AMAZING against crowds , as I said earlier The splash , Direct and toxic damage is quite good , so I commonly Destroy groups or just single people . Overall , I think this character is quite Underrated , anyways who also plays as him ?

6)Artic trooper: Basically a foot soldier with a freeze effect and he also has the same ammo as him! He does 2 less damage though
5) Toxic Pea:Good splash, Good direct damage AND toxic effect?! Beat Peashooter imo
4) Paleontologist:Design wise is good and he does 41 dmg WITH 12 ammo pretty underrated imo
3)Cricket star:Suprise to many that the most hated one is my favourite, does 1 less DMG than base all star but qith fire effect and hes absolutely phenomenal in turf
2)Hot rod chomper: I'm a chomper dude and this guy stood out, if you play well, hes basically anti suicide chomper (you wont become a suicide chomper)
1) Stuffy flower: W design, good damage, fast fire rate AND heal upon a vanquish? Pretty good if you ask me

5: BBQ corn: I enjoy playing as him, his fire damage is what makes him good, and his rapid fire weapon, shoots fast and reloads quickly
4: Nec Rose: I enjoy playing as hold to charge characters and when you release the trigger it stuns the enemy looking jinxed
3: Plasma pea: Like I said about Nec Rose this guy is op it has a huge splash damage radius and it can probably destroy a mech in 2 hits
2: Iron Citron: When he is first unlocked he may look terrible but in Iron Mode he is great against dealing mechs
1: Stuffy Flower: she is totally better than the vampire flower because whenever she vanquish a zombie sun explodes making it a lot easier to recover your team
For Zombies
5: Moto x Star: My favourite all star variant, this guy is powerful if you hit a plant enough times the plant gets covered in dirt making it hard to use their abilities on you
4: Toxic Brainz: I may not enjoy playing as Super Brainz but toxic brains ohh the plants will think twice going near you
3: General Supremo: This guy brings the big guns altough he can’t fire when he does a rocket jump but this guy has infinite ammo
2: Pylon Imp: It’s pretty much the cone machine in pvz 2 for the far future, and can actually plant 4 cone mines best to defend the objective
1: Palaeontologist: One of my favourite scientists, this guy is hot hot hot, he is even more op with the fire upgrade, he is unstoppable

I think arctic trooper is the best because he can kill ANY plant, even the iron citron, and he's disgusting at all ranges, also good rate of fire and ridiculously low time it takes to freeze stuff, also he has stupid DPS

This is a very reasonable Top 5. I also prefer Zombies a lot more than Plants. I won’t say my Top 5 because I haven’t gotten all the characters yet and I feel like I’m going to really like the Computer Scientist that I’ve been trying to get for like the past ten months.

Chompers suck they aren't OP they are gimicky, they are annoying, but they aren't very good. They are probably the weakest class if you are playing soil survivers and Its a 1v1 you are a chomper and it is a scuba soldier on a house what are you supposed to do. You can goop them but that wont do much. Chomp cannon hits good damage but you only get one shot and it is very predictable, i personally have never been killed by a chomp cannon . And yeti chomper's shots suck at practically everything, they move too slow, do okay damage and it's post drag recoil is too high. The only thing good about it is that his projectile has splash. Scientists and roses are much better

Commando pea main here. He is a rapid shooting character with 30 bullets that have the equivalent that can 1 bullet=I pea canon. He is AWESOME at destroying fat bosses ESPECIALLY GARAGANTUARS. I got this dude a specialist in one hour and yeah he's great

I know that hundreds of people disagree with me, but I personally think that if you get the upgrades than breakfast brains is better than toxic brains

1. captain cannon (basically not having to come close to anybody at all just means that in team vanquish or turf you never have to put any effort at all apart from manual detonation)
2. toxic brainz (the overload is pretty much it)
3. electro pea ( easily most annoying character in game also best plant way to many players who play this character)
4. z7 imp (slightly overrated because it is countered by electro pea and neck rose but other than that one of the best)
5. iron citron (a lot of people just buy it because they hear it's good but then are just completely trash at it)
I haven't seen too many bad iron citrons but I do see camping iron citrons and people have them as their only mastered character
