the hilarious part of this ride is that it focuses so much on the witch, and then BAM happy ending.

At least this version's better than the old version at Disney World, the one where the Witch was even scarier, she pops up even more than this and she (supposedly) drops a giant gem on the riders at the end.

I once rode this when I was 7 and screamed the whole way. I went back to Disneyland a couple months ago and my now 18 year old self refused to ride it 😭😭😭
@Tay Woode well first of all it's bold of you to assume that I'm American, clearly you really do live in your own little world, and second of all it's rather sad that at your big old age you are taking so much pride in the fact that you were a braver child than I was. Sorry to hear your life is so empty and sad and I'm even sorrier to hear that you believe not having any fears is a major requirement in order to be eligible to vote in the US. I was about four when I went on this and I cried the entire time. I’m going in July and my sister is probably gonna make me go on it.

Yes, I read on one of the Oh My Disney blogs that Disneyland gets more complaints about this ride than any other - for some reason, it scares the living poop out of pre-schoolers. It's funny how little ones have no problems with walking up to a Mickey Mouse the size of a portaloo or all the skeletons in POTC, but this ride just seems to push four-year-olds fright buttons. Go figure.

For all those complaining about the "story" Disneyland rides do not have stories they are a series of experiences "We really don't have a story, with a beginning, an end, or a plot. It's more a series of experiences building up to a climax. I call them experience rides." -Marc Davis This is not about the story of Snow White this "ride" is about Snow Whites experiences with the Evil Queen. Same as how Pirates is not a story but a "ride" with experiences roughly connected to Pirates capturing a town and their eventual deaths.

Another memorable childhood memory--this dark ride (though I've confused it with the Peter Pan and Mr. Toad rides, which were very similar).

This ride looks rushed. If only the cars went a tad slower and if only they told the story a little better. It was like, witch witch witch and more witch and then a happy ending? Like it didn't even make sense.

If i remember correctly, the cars used to be slower, but the queue was veeery long, so they speeded them up.
I find it a bit too quick too but it's better in real life than on vider, you can see more things :p

上の方が書かれているのもそうですが、そもそもこのライドの名前にScary(恐ろしい)と入っているのでどうしても怖い雰囲気になってしまうんです😭

ウォルト・ディズニーの願望なのではないでしょうか？
ウォルトは開園当初白雪姫がオープンした際に、白雪姫が出るシーンを全く出さずお化け屋敷要素のアトラクションにする為に魔女やガイコツなど子供やゲストの意見を聞かずに沢山取り入れたそうですよ。

Now that the Disneyland counterpart has been refurbished, this makes this version even scarier.
A lot of Disney rides anywhere could give you more time to ride them...rides do often feel rushed!

For anyone thinking this ride is shaky, I’ve been to Disneyland Paris and it’s actually quite smooth. Personally I think Disneyland California’s version is shakier than Paris

My first trip to DLP when I was 3 my parents took me on this ride as the first thing and I was petrified I screamed the whole ride and refused to go out on anything else for the rest of the day

No transition where Snow White eats the apple. Then no transition where the Prince kills the evil queen. Why not just call it The Magical Adventures of the Evil Queen? Obviously the Evil Queen is the star of the attraction!

That scene is inspired from Tokyo Disneyland where the witch is outside instead. It just adds to the narrative and gives riders understanding of the queen’s plan.

None. There is already a happy ending for this Snow White attraction. Most Japanese people like their stuff scary and dark in rides for Tokyo Disneyland.

If there was such a tight budget, why even hurry and build Disneyland Paris?throw a bunch of crappy rides in just so Disney can take everybody's money? Its like throwing our money in a hole and not even getting the goody goody out of it at all. Why not wait til there was more money for the park to be built? Disneyland Paris sucks in my personal opinion; and is a complete waste of space...(no personal offense to anybody...) I wouldn't pay to park my car in the parking lot.

Jennifer Carter With the 25 anniversary DLP have get a beautiful refurbishment on all the attraction.
DLP is a good resort, obviously not at the level of Disneyland California, Disney World or Tokyo Disneyland, but is good.
But for the parking I'm agreed. 25 euro for day with the car. But if you have the hotel you get the entry free on the parking.

My God, what a shitty ride. Unworthy of the name Disney.
I think I rode it back in 2003 when I first visited the park. Wasn't impressed then, either. I can't see what's so good about it. The UV-paint looks cheap, Snow White doesn't feature until the very last scene where she suddenly is with a prince, it's all pretty cheap haunted house mechanics if you ask me. Could very well be that I simply "don't get" the ride, of course. I'd love to hear why you think it's awesome. Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Disney Imagineering, my bookcase is stuffed to the brim with books about it. I just don't think this ride is a good example.
Actually it's not that old. DLP was opened in 1991. I have been in rides predating that which were way, way better. I think "budget" would be a better excuse than "age" here :)

Actually, there are crocodiles in Snow White. If you've seen the film, there's a scene where she's running through the forest and she imagines trees as monsters and logs as crocodiles. Oh, and there are two scenes in the ride where Snow White appears. She appears in the cottage and at the end.
I think Snow White's Scary Adventures is a good ride, but I agree that it could use some upgrades, especially the ending. The queen isn't falling off the cliff like in the other versions.

this needs a refurb and oh yeah A COMPLETE STORY!
MIne was the one at WDW until they took it out. So, now I will say Disneyland
