    All the recipes are super ..being a South Indian it's different from regular idli /dosa ...also finding difficult to make kid consume soaked nuts ..u have given so many ideas .. 👌👍... coconut milk is more nutritious..PPL says it's next to mother's milk .. we add mostly to idiyappam or aaapam ...u have included n many ..super

      Hello, all kids are same. While I try my best to strike a balance but there are good bad and ugly days everywhere. Most days pass like this but a few comes like a total bouncer so I also go with the flow :)

    Good content 👍🏻 but I prefer traditional breakfast over all this sort of mixing different food items, sometimes we have dryfruit milkshake but there too my MIL asks not to take walnut with milk, as it can create skin problems later ...so for us it's always poha, idli, bhakhri, thepla, dhokla and so on😊

    All your recipes are great...just a bit of advice reg oats..if u go and search about them, you will find that the quick oats that you are using have no nutritive value at all, it's just a marketing stunt, so if u really want it healthy, go for rolled oats, then only its worth the efforts..

    Hey Swati, Thank you for sharing delicious recipes every week. I have tried few of them and they came out yummy. I have one question for nuts and seed powder. Doesn't nut powder came out liitle bit oily as peanuts emerge oil from it? I tried sesame seeds and separated oil from sesame seed molded nut powder together.

    Loved all the recipes 😍 I am a fan of overnight soaked oats, with gracious amounts of toppings of banana and grated coconut. But I will give it a try to oatmeal and smoothie bowl 🥣 .       Its Ok Santhi. You will be surprised to know, that Rutvi use to gag badly before trying new things. As kids grow their choices vary. Just keep trying and serving new things. It's very common in kids. Just don't force feed. :)

    When we use oats..don't we need to cook them first?

      Not with quick oats. However I still dry roast them before storing as it adds flavour and removes moisture. Otherwise you can use directly as well. 😊

    Yaar i have tried this ragi malt recipe many times, but every time it gets burnt at the bottom.. bottom of your utensil is coming clean..
    Plz help

      Hi, It should not even if you are not using heavy bottom base pan. I will say, do not over cook it. The moment, you see milk is thickening (not more than 3-4 minutes), just close the stove. Hope this will be helpful.
