I’m so surprised when I play and I’m just killing defenders with and 87 layup. I’m surprise more people don’t do euros and hop steps

The meter has been throwing me off due to the green window changing mid animation sometimes. I'm gonna try turning it off and just focusing on the animations. I mean, I already don't use the meter for jumpshots, so why not?
I have a jamal crawford build with a 97 layup. All the HOF badges YO slithery , giant slayer seems to negate the contest so the green window is more stable. Also have a Luka build 223 6'7 with 95 strength and bulldozer and physical handles combined with HOF finishing badges is crazy.. dunk is not needed for sure.. and having a high layup is way cheaper and just a effective..

do you have any tips for guards that have no driving dunk on the fast break. i see that it has become very common in 2k24 and when im running for the fast break in the rec and go for a layup i always fear they gon get a chase down block so i need you to touch on that

I use Jokic what I like about Jokic is his floaters and close shots are fast, his scoops are easier to time as well but if you do it wrong you'll get swatted. His regular layups are great though because he gets right up and close to the basket so its hard for defenders to block, that would be up on the right stick while running

unfortunately I only have 84, I'm still using Lamelo's and I've gotten used to the animations, now I just have to wait for the next seasons for them to release Lavine's I don't understand why people are using DeRozan's, I tested it and found the animations really horrible@@anlomoe1968
**Please Help** auto put back layups Thanks in advance. I have 95 offensive rebound and 90 standing dunk. Animations are making me do a put back layup after an offensive rebound and I miss it 99% of the time. How do I stop this or what am I doing wrong?

Also try doing a hop step into a scoop. You can trigger both badges at the same time.

You can get kyrie lay up package if you make the nba template for kyrie, very risky but 100% gets you his layup package

Are you holding sprint? Try waiting till the ball bounces off the rim to press the shoot button to get a put back while holding sprint
