Spencer and Hanna have been through the worst definitely. And they're the most broken because of it. You can see it in their eyes. But they plaster on a smile, anyway. Like nothing is wrong. They're stronger than they think.
Kathryn Holton honestly all the girls have been through so much and I mean Spencer had a drug problem, hanna had bulimia, aria lost all her confidence and everything she believed in and Emily could get the person she wanted to be for a long time, she was also believe to be the weakest liar and was constantly being attacked, especially in season 2
I think some of the saddest things about Spencers struggle with mental health and her reliance on drugs is that her parent's pushed it aside so much, maybe because they knew she was related to Mary. And she was neglected any real treatment.
"It's been really nice not to be Spencer Hastings." This line hits me hard. She's just tired of everything and needed a day to get back on her feet but no one is listening to her.
I feel like I relate more to spencer and Hanna because spencer went through depression states all the time saying I’m fine a getting no sleep, and Hanna I can relate to about her eating disorder all though it was a binge eating disorder, I wasn’t. But I know how she feels and she’s not crazy like someone said she’s broken
Juliet Zall Definitely better than alis...the whole show seemed to revolve around her, she was the most curious one always looking for answers, never giving up on her friends...best written tv character...Period

Spencer has always been my favourite and only after watching this do I appreciate how much she's been through and how much her story helped me.
