So I know that everyone carries weight differently, however, I’m 5’5, weight 167 and my goal is to weigh 130-140 because I think that will be healthier for me. When I was 150 everyone thought I was too skinny, but I didn’t see it😭 now I have to rethink my fitness goals😩
I’m 5’4 and started the weight you’re at now. I’ve gotten down to 135 and of course I’ve gotten family/friends to say “oh you starting to disappear” and other things but I’m doing this for myself. I still have some fat I want to lose. I’m top heavy and would like some abs and more tones arms 😊. These arms seem to be the slowest to lose fat. Good luck with everything. You got this!

I know you can't target body fat but hearing Bhrianna's stats is definitely a great reminder that everyone carries weight differently. When I was hovering in the 142-144 range I felt chubby but she's given me hope for when I start my next bulk. I just want one ab lol 😂
@@APadalecki I feel you. I’m the same way. Gotta continue getting the fat down in order to have the abs revealed lol. I wake up daily like “is that abs? Where’s my abs” lol. High protein of course and calorie deficit. I’ve been hearing that forever….muscle weighs more than fat so 150 looks great on her. She’s a muscle babe 😎 lol. I’m done cutting. I just gotta focus more on high protein and increasing my weights in the gym. I’m good with food as long as I meal prep. But when I don’t 🫠 I relapse lol.
Definitely agree with "everyone carries weight differently". Body dysmorphia is a REAL thing. I've been hovering over this weight for some time now; some days I feel skinny some days I feel heavy. Im at the point of just being thankful for the weight/health that I have bc I know others may struggle with health/physical issues that prevent them from getting active or losing/gaining weight. Im sure you look great! Don't think too deep! try to enjoy the gym and your journey. Try focusing on consistency instead of appearance. when I made that mindset shift, I started to enjoy the gym & see results ❤

I would suggest being a little more consistent with what you're eating. A high protein diet would be best 😊
