Hey there! 2/b^(4/3) is already in exponential form as it has a fractional exponent. Did you maybe mean how to convert it to radical form? If so, the 2 would stay in the top of the fraction and the bottom would become ∛(b^4) so the answer in radical form would be 2/∛(b^4) I hope that helps!
