    Macrame starter kit:
    If you are a beginner in macrame, I have a starter kit available. It is a great way to get started as it has everything you need to make several pieces and get you going on your macrame journey.

    My new favorite channel! Just picked up a bunch of sea glass from a trip to the Gaspesienne coast & looking into ways to use it in some simple DIY jewelry. Thank you so much for your detailed tutorials. Your work is simply gorgeous!

    Lovely design with clear instructions. Takes me back to my hippie days decades ago when I used to make choker necklaces out of hemp and wooden beads. Will have to try this.

    I couldn't pull the 20 gauge wire with the same tension so I dropped down to a 22 gauge. I did better but still had difficulty with using the same tension. I'm going to continue using the 22 gauge wire, but I may have to try again with 24 gauge wire. I just felt 24 ga was too big a difference to look good. You make it look so easy. And, beautiful. Thank you!

    Thank you for this video, is it correct to assume the wire is dead soft, for this type of weaving? Thank you, and all the best. 🙏

    Thank you for sharing such a beautiful piece. I am a bead weaver, but your tutorials are so clear it makes me feel I can really branch out into wire work! Is it possible to use smaller gage wire such as 22 or 24 gage?

  • @111409able
    @111409able 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    This wire macrame cabochon is wonderful. What kind of wire do you use , and where do you purchase it? I know in the info it is 20 gauge. Thought I would give it a try, but when I go to tighten my knots it doesn't hold there circular shape but begins to buckle and I'm left with a bunch of mangled wire. I am using beadsmith silver plated 20 gauge. Thank you.

    I love all your videos! Plese oh please give us a hint on how to keep your wire from tangling when you're working from the spool or in my case from a bunch.

    • @CSLdesigns
      @CSLdesigns  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much. When I'm working with the wire from the spool, I use a yarn bowl. I have really found that helps preventing the wire from getting tangled up and therefore get far fewer kinks from it. I hope that helped 😃

    Oh no you don't. You're trying to fool us. You kept calling it the back but it looked like the front to me. How do we know which one is the front and which one is the back? The back looked just as good as the front or the front looks just as good as the back. Which is it? LOL Another beautiful piece! Thank you.
