Tata makes decent cars but their dealers are frauds. A sardarji from Ludhiana bought a safari from Dada motors ludhiana, He has been harrassed beyond imagination. Tata has also not helped him, they are helpless in front of the dealer. Tata should learn customer service from Maruti

Tata is great, however after sales service is pathetic in most of areas. In city like mumbai, Dealer is not offering test drive, on other hand, Maruti offers home test drive. If TATA works on after sales and customer service with introducing CNG, no one will buy any other brand but TATA. But as of now people don't have a good option

There is thud sound,but its somehow softened a bit...i checked the demo vehicle and its damn amazing,ders no compromise on build quality...thud is less mechanical this time,more on the premium sound
