Also fun fact about Jungwoo is that SM hid him in a mask for two years and was known as the 'mask boy' before finally showing his face and almost no one even his friends and schoolmates knew he was a trainee although everyone knew his name but with the wrong surname, Park Jungwoo. He also performed in the SMrookies show back in 2015 although he still wasn't officially introduced as an SMrookie. And I honestly think SM added Jungwoo late to 127 because he was busy with school and unlike art schools or regular schools, Jungwoo went to a technical high school as a mechanical engineering student which doesn't put any considerations for idol trainees and is highly focused on academics. Not to mention, his school is in Gimpo which is like 1-2 hours away from SM. Since Jungwoo came from a family of professionals, I think his parents wanted him to graduate first atleast with a high school degree before debuting.

I am Japanese myself and I wanna say that people from Osaka are known to have a lot of wit and be really funny. A lot of variety show stars and comedians in Japan are from Osaka. When I first got into the group and saw Yuta's personality, and since I found out he's from Osaka, I was like "No wonder why, even in Korean he has that authentic Osaka style humor"😂 I even remember when he called his sister or his mother I think it was, he still had an Osaka dialect and I was so happy that he didn't lose his Japanese self by being in Korea for so long! So proud to have someone so funny smart and talented represent us Japanese people💚💚

Sriya Vollala i feel it may be slightly because of korea-china relationships as they aren’t the best as of now. But I feel like winwin will definitely return, but we may have to wait until then:( but winwin does seem happier in wayv as he gets more lines and is able to confidently speak chinese with wayv members compared to 127 members as he still still working on his korean.

1:05 If you really wanna know something about Taeil's trainee time, he originally wanted to go off and finish college (? sorry i forgot details) but he had also wanted to audition under SM, so it was a hard decision for him but ultimately decided to train under SM. Dunno if that's important but yeah :)
I was also wondering why they didn't say it. I think it's a very important part in his journey to be an nct member. A decision between college and becoming a trainee is a big decision so I hope people will appreciate Taeil more because it wasn't that simple for him and he's obviously insanely talented💚💚

Calling it a "spin-off" is kind of true, since the group only debuted in 2019. The other 3 subunits debuted together in 2016.

Biases are Jaehyun and Taeil, all of them are my bias wreckers.
Taeil was accepted into Hanyang University's applied music department before being a trainee. It is one of the most prestigious universities in South Korea with a very low acceptance rate. On that same year he got casted by SM so he had to choose only one. and the rest is history.
edit: He is also the only male accepted in the said department that year.
Although Mark has graduated from Dream, the format of the group has changed so he is part of the group again!

I actually ignored them at first becoz I thought I can't remember more members( *yea Ikr I was a stewwpid*)but later I watched a video of them interacting with kids where I fell in love with them then I slowly got into their songs and now I regret stanning them later 😶

other predebut facts about doyoung: he was consistently leader of his classes through elementary school and middle school, and was vice president of his class in high school. he led his class to win the school-wide talent competition! he was in a band with his friends as the only vocal and when he left school to go to SM he told his friends he was moving away to study abroad and they held a go away party for him! he joined SM later than a lot of the others, as he joined at the end of 2013 so he had about one year of training before being introduced as an MC for Show Champion and an SM Rookie!

Bias- *Mark* I got into NCT because I checked him out after finding out that we share the same bday, and the rest is history..he is a Rap Genius..he is freaking hot when he dances..he can sing well and play the guitars..he is adorable, dorky, awkward, confused but super funny at the same time..he is down-to-earth and you will always wish to have someone like him as your brother, friend or boyfriend..he is hardworking, respectful, humble and thoughful..he is a good leader and person overall..i can go on and on but it will just make an already long comment longer LOL..

Mark and Haechan (Donghyuck) were actually regulars on the Mickey Mouse Club House in Korea! If you wanna watch Henry (who was in Super-Junior M at the time, also SM) come on the show and have a music based "lesson", you won't regret it! It is so wholesome. Jeno, Jaemin, and Jisung were also on it.
Actually Taeil had to choose between one of the most prestigious universities in Korea (Hanyang University) and one of the most famous entertainment companies (SM entertainment). He first chose to go to uni, but soon changed his mind to become a trainee. I hope SM doesn’t waste his talent in the future💚
