My dad had dis same car brand new. 1st year of da Hi comp 455. She moved. Gr8 long distance traveler even with 5 of us. But, my dad had da column shifter. It was a bit thirsty, my dad fed it SONOCO 260. Always kept her tune, very well maintained. Da next Riviera GS was a 73. Oh, man was he dissatisfied with da 455 of 73. Not da same, he would say. AWESOME MASTERPIECE 🇺🇸
I had a 63 and when the 1970 came out, I lost all interest in Riviera's. If my memory serves me right, the 70 and later Riviera's were not very popular with the American public. I did like the 66 through 69 models, but ended up going with something more youthful.

Did you sell it ?
Interesting is the only thing I can say. The Rivieras before and after (71, 72 and 73) were superior to the 1970.
